We are pet-friendly. Supplements apply per night, €35 per pet per night. Pros:

Hotel bien placé, très joli, belle vue avec du potentiel mais non exploité.
Très belle piscine.
Cependant à noter que cet hotel est dans les hauteurs de la ville donc peut être compliqué pour les personnes ayant des difficultés à ce déplacer.

Cons:

Le personnel pas franchement agréable pour certain surtout une femme de l'accueil qu'on avait franchement l'air d'ennuyer.
Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué le personnel ne parle pas français, c'est trés compliqué de se faire comprendre si on ne parle pas l'espagnol ni l'anglais.
D'ailleurs toutes les annonces sont faites en espagnol et anglais.
Hotel non insonorisé on entendait les enfants du dessus sauter et crier du jusqu'à pas d'heure...pas idéal pour se reposer.
Concernant le petit déjeuner les plats censés être maintenus au chaud ne l'étaient pas, et un brouhaha pire qu'une cantine scolaire !!!!
La kitchenette pas vraiment clean, les plaques de cuisson rouillées, nous avons préféré nous abstenir de leur utilisation. On devait avoir une cafetière, il n'y en avait pas
Le verrou de la chambre ne fermait pas !!!
Concernant la chambre j'ai été très surprise d'avoir une couette sur le lit sans housse, niveau hygiène on n'y est pas...la literie très bonne mais le lit était très mal fait, je le refaisais chaque soir parceque le drap du dessous n'était jamais mis correctement un vrai chiffon, en fait la couette était juste remise dessus (voir photo du lit soit disant fait)...du jamais vu !

Pros:

Espaço do apartamento, comodidades incluídas e qualidade da comida no rwstaurante.

Cons:

O caminho de e para a praia é um pouco longo e bastante inclinado, o que torna cansativo nos dias de.muito calor. O parque de estacionamento é pequeno, o que obrigou a deixar o carro na rua.

Cons:

A 300 mt dal centro, ma con strada tutta in salita al ritorno. L'animazione in hotel terminava alle 22.30 e in centro non c'è vita.

Emplacement parfait, vue magnifique, bel appart bien équipé et très propre, piscine très agréable, personnel souriant, buffet très varié, stationnement facile! C est un sans faute! J ai adoré cet hôtel calme à taille humaine de cala galdana et j'y reviendrai sans hésiter!

J ai tout apprécié, je ne vois vraiment rien de négatif à dire!

I’d especially like to highlight the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind and friendly! The common areas have been beautifully renovated. The bed is huge and very comfortable. Our flight was in the evening, so even though we had to check out at 12:00, we were allowed to stay, take a shower, and use the pool for as long as we wanted. Super breakfast and dinner :)

Cons:

The booking included late check-in as an extra (I assume because of the reception), which seemed unnecessary since we had to complete the check-in online in advance anyway. The reception was also open 24/7, so I didn’t really understand the purpose of this extra. The booking also mentioned a room with a view, but the only view was the blank wall of the neighboring building, so that was a bit misleading. As a self-contained apartment, it wasn’t particularly well equipped. The rooms were a bit more outdated than the common areas.

El personal, en nuestro caso Amor que fue quien nos atendió, súper amable y cercana.

Cons:

El buffet bastante mala calidad, varios días las opciones calientes como huevos revueltos o salchichas estaban fríos además de que se notaba que estaba recalentado de otros días. Decepcionante porque por el precio la calidad debería ser mucho mejor.

También teníamos sofá cama en la habitación y al abrirlo había manchas negras, pelos… pero el personal de limpieza con quien coincidimos súper amable también.
