I should have chosen better. For the same price, I would have gotten a way better hotel. Not as central, sure. But way b

Mixed feeling. Great location, nicely decorated and friendly staff but overpriced, not comfortable (single beds poorly as one large bed), bad pillows (not soft), no service at all…

Cons:

Too expensive. 400 euros for an interior room with views to nothing. 1 meter away from back of other buildings. No service. No breakfast, parking charged as plus (25 per night).

Etablissement parfaitement situé au coeur de Bilbao, le parking pour voitures est bien pratique, la chambre était bien équipée et propre, rien à dire.

Pros:

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Kurze Wege in die Altstadt und zum Guggenheim Museum.
Das Zimmer war groß und mit einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet.

Cons:

Fenster aufmachen war keine gute Idee, Abluft vom Nachbar Restaurant.
Und der Preis über Booking.com war überteuert.

Great family hotel!
Pros:

Location was perfect --near to Casco Viejo, shopping street, Guggenheim, restos and cafes but not too noisy and crowded. The rooms were well appointed. We will definitely return to this hotel!

Notre chambre était joliment décorée, dotée d'une kitchenette et d'un espace bureau. Belle salle de bain, rangements pratiques et très appréciable, un parking ! Un bel hôtel bien aménagé, à la.deco récente et chiadée.

Pros:

Nos encantó que habitación tan confortable . Camas muy cómodas . Vista sobre una zona verde hermosa , el mobiliario impecable . Realmente nos encantó ! Personal muy amable y la ubicación inmejorable a walking distance del casco histórico de Bilbao y del guggenhaim.. maravilloso !
