Un hôtel bien placé personnel agréable voulant rendre service, propreté un bon prix
Pros:

Très bien placé, Personnel avenant bon rapport qualité prix
Calme pour voir qu’on est en plein centre ville
Petit déjeuner correcte pour le prix

Cons:

La déco des chambres un peu vieillotte
Pas de couette un drap avec une couverture
Un couvre lit rouge bordeaux usé et pas très beau, nid à acharien potentiel.

Cons:

Not clean, mold in beds and madras, booked large room, got a small one and the reason being they gave it to someone else who checked in before me.
Paid for breakfast and didn't receive, according to stuff I had to pay when checking in and not when I booked. No way to open the wardrobe, hit my head 2 times while trying to use it, it was placed in a corner, between 2 walls, not possible to open all the way.
Elevator is made for one person, not even one person and a suitcase. And it doesn't even go to all the floors, upper floors need to take stairs.
And you have to leave your room key at the front desk before going out, not allowed to leave with the key.
24h? We came back at 11pm first day after check in, and the hotel doors were locked, since we didn't have keys, coz we weren't allowed to leave with keys, we had to knock on all the windows we could reach and doors since no one pick up the phone to get inside the hotel.
Second day we decided to come back earlier since we didn't want to stay outside and keep on knocking or risking not to get inside.
And the pictures of the hotel are misleading.
Overall nothing was good, moldy beds, dirty old fans instead of working AC, wardrobe that doesn't open more than 25 degrees, extremely old room, no duvet just an old blanket. Paid for larger room received smaller one, since someone else checked in before me (note I sent a message before arriving with time of arrival and had it approved). Paid for breakfast for 2 days didn't receive it, since according to them I had to pay on spot.

When confronted with all of this, they blamed booking.com for taking the money and making the mistake.

When I contacted the booking.com I got to know that it isn't true, and when booking.com contacted them the same day and the same person I was in touch with answered, she pretended not to speak English for booking.com.

Un bon plan pour court séjour près de République
Pros:

Emplacement idéal à deux pas de République, mais dans un environnement calme. Propreté des lieux et amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

Chambre petite, ammeublement, sols/murs et équipements datés et un peu défraichis même si propres et fonctionnels

Pros:

If you want to visit Paris and you are looking for something to spend the night only, this works for you. The hotel is placed in a good position, close to the subway, and the room does its work. It’s pretty clean, and the bed is pretty confortable. I advice this place if you are alone

The location was good to visit multiple places because the Republique metro station was 4 mins walk and which was very helpful
