Please note that parking is possible at the Altstadt public underground parking, located 177 feet away (opposite of the hotel). The address of the Altstadt underground parking is Innrain 4, 6020 Innsbruck. If you arrive with bulky luggage you can park your car at the hotel's loading zone (135 feet away, marked with "Hotel"). Parking right in front of the hotel is not possible. The hotel suggests that if you arrive with light luggage you should park your car right at the Altstadt parking garage. Please do not use the garage entrance next to the hotel (not possible to park your car there).

Please note when booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

a quick break at a pristine and comfortable hotel

pool and sauna as well as spa were all excellent. Breakfast was above and beyond. the highlight of the stay.

חדר יחסית לא גדול

Perfekt!
Pros:

Ein wunderbares Zimmer mit tollem Blick auf die Inn und die Berge. Sehr luxuriöse Ausstattung. Die Betten waren ein Traum. Wir haben uns im Nachhinein sogar die Kissen im Laden um die Ecke nachgekauft☺️ Bestes Frühstück!!!

מלון מושלם.
יחס חם מאוד, חדרים מרווחים נקיים ומושקעים, לובי וחדר אוכל מושקעים, אזור ספא למבוגרים, בריכה כיפית לילדים עם סאונה, ארוחת בוקר ברמת מסעדת יוקרה. תמורה מטורפת לכסף!

Bra trots lång letan efter en väg att komma till garaget pga vägarnete utanför hotellet.
Pros:

Fräscht, läget och poolen

Cons:

Läget då det just nu var vägarbete utanför och vi inte kom in i garaget. Körde runt i ca 1 timme för att hitta rätt och till slut kunna parkera. Hotellet var inte informerade om att det inte gick att komma in mot garaget så det var ingen hjälp att få där. Sen tog det enormt lång tid att checka in vilket också var märkligt.

Cons:

איזור המלון היה חסום ,מה שעכב את ההגעה ב 40 דקות. ההסבר איך להגיע בעקבות החסימה היה לא מספק. ההודעה על העבודות באזור שהרעש שלהם הפריע במהלך השהות, נשלח מהמלון רק 48 לפני ההגעה .
