Please note that parking is possible at the Altstadt public underground parking, located 177 feet away (opposite of the hotel). The address of the Altstadt underground parking is Innrain 4, 6020 Innsbruck. If you arrive with bulky luggage you can park your car at the hotel's loading zone (135 feet away, marked with "Hotel"). Parking right in front of the hotel is not possible. The hotel suggests that if you arrive with light luggage you should park your car right at the Altstadt parking garage. Please do not use the garage entrance next to the hotel (not possible to park your car there).

Pros:

Wir waren nur eine Macht da. Es war gemütlich und natürlich die Lage war perfekt.

Cons:

Der Preis für unseten winzigen Pinscher ist überrissen. 28 Euro um einfach da zu sein ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Pros:

Das Ambiente war wie immer atemberaubend.

Sauberkeit war Top.

Frühstück und Abendessen wie immer grandios.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Es war laut, man hat jede Straßenbahn gehört, die Betten waren VIEL zu weich und extrem unbequem.

Beim Check-Out wirkte die Rezeptionistin leicht unfreundlich.
