Fantastisch! Met een dubbel compliment voor het personeel van het hotel
Pros:

Alles! Hotel is uitstekend. De kamer is ruim, bedden prima, goede airco en een grote badkamer.
Ontbijt is zeer luxe, er is van alles wat en meer dan voldoende. Heerlijk brood

Bel hôtel, mais expérience gâchée par un accueil inadmissible au café
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est excellent, la salle de sport est un vrai plus, et le petit-déjeuner est globalement agréable. Le personnel de l’hôtel est également très attentionné ; un grand merci pour la délicate attention des fleurs déposées dans la chambre, que nous avons beaucoup appréciée.

Cons:

Quelques points mériteraient d’être améliorés :
1. Il serait appréciable de proposer une vraie machine à café au petit-déjeuner.
2. Il faudrait également revoir l’accueil et la gestion du personnel au café Dominum Palace. Lors de la diffusion d’un match de football, un membre du personnel habillé en costume noir — je ne sais pas s’il s’agissait d’un serveur ou d’un manager — nous a refusé l’accès en affirmant que toutes les places étaient réservées, alors que plusieurs places étaient pourtant vides.
Le plus incompréhensible, c’est qu’une heure plus tôt, nous étions venus justement pour réserver une table, et il nous avait répondu qu’il n’était pas possible de réserver.
Enfin, la situation a été encore plus choquante lorsqu’il a laissé entrer deux jeunes femmes devant nous, alors qu’elles n’avaient visiblement pas de réservation non plus.
C’est dommage, car ce type de comportement donne une très mauvaise impression et mériterait d’être corrigé.

A very great enjoyable stay!
Pros:

This hotel is truly great! Great and very friendly & helpful staff, great beds (we all slept so good!), big rooms, very clean, great breakfast, the location and facilities - all so good.

We were with a big wedding party group, and even got to watch the soccer game (Morocco-Netherlands) in the middle of the night, away from other guests, with some staff. It was so much fun! Thanks to the team for arranging this.

Special thanks to Fadoua for cleaning our rooms so well and being so helpful.

We hope to come back to Agadir and stay in Dominium Palace again.

Cons:

The only small thing was, that there are not enough ironing options (I think only 2 irons/boards in the whole hotel). Maybe an ironing room could solve this problem; so guests can go there.

Pros:

Séjour parfait ! Un grand merci à Muhammad à la réception qui a été incroyablement serviable, toujours disponible, souriant et d’une aide précieuse. La chambre était impeccable et le petit-déjeuner vraiment à la hauteur. Toute l’équipe de la réception est compétente et fait de son mieux pour aider les clients. Merci également à Salah, le chef de réception, pour son professionnalisme, il veille sur son équipe et ça se ressent dans la qualité du service. J’étais là pour un court séjour malheureusement, mais je reviendrai sans hésiter pour un plus long séjour. 10/10, largement mérité.
Je dois dire Ce fut un immense plaisir et une expérience inoubliable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit : il a tout pour plaire ! Un lieu et des gens formidables, Leur gentillesse et leur attention ont rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable et sans stress. Je reviendrai

Great staff members always smiling always being helpful making the stay pleasant. Clean and looks wonderful.
Pros:

It was clean nicely designed and great customer service. Mohammed at the reception was fantastic was very helpful just as much as Mohammed, said & Brahim the concierges very helpful very nice always smiling and always want to make sure that they do their very best.

Cons:

The WiFi was quite weak wasn’t the best had issues quite a few times. Also asked for an iron and it took over an hour on several occasions to get delivered.
