An unforgettable stay at Dominium Palace Agadir!
Pros:

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Dominium Palace in Agadir. Everything was a 10/10, from the comfort and quality of the hotel to the outstanding service we received throughout our stay.

A special thank you to Elhassane at the reception, who was incredibly welcoming, professional, friendly and helpful. He made us feel genuinely appreciated and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience.

The rest of the staff also deserve a big compliment. Everyone was kind, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The excellent hospitality really made our stay extra special.

We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The level of service, the warm atmosphere and the attention to detail made this an exceptional experience.

We would absolutely recommend Dominium Palace to anyone visiting Agadir, and we would happily stay here again. Thank you to Elhassane and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Keep up the excellent work!

Cons:

Gekreukelde gordijnen, te weinig handdoeken (2 groot en 1 klein), luide muziek tot laat. Waardeloze fohn en 1 paar slippers voor 2 personen. Het zijn details die een hotel met 5 sterren niet kan verpesten..De ontbijtzaal was chaotisch qua service. De gastvrouw loopt weg als je aankomt en niest in je gezicht. Het hotel heeft potentie maar wordt niet goed gemanaged.

Habitación limpia y cómoda. El restaurante del hotel nos resolvió las comidas: buena relación calidad/precio. En el desayuno nos consiguieron pan sin gluten.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. Pocas tumbonas en la piscina.

Overall I am happy with all the facilities they provide and once again I am talking about staff.
Pros:

The hotel atmosphere was exceptional and the staff were truly outstanding. The service was excellent and the food was very good. The hotel was very clean and the overall experience was excellent value for money. A big thank you to the entire Dominium team for making my stay so enjoyable. Keep up the great work

Cons:

First of all very sad to say there was no water system after toilet which make me surprised. One more think there is no spa center yet though they said going to start very soon. Lastly (which is not applicable for me) there was no alcoholic drink available. Thanks

Central Hotel, good value
Pros:

This hotel was a great find. Walking distance (10 mins) to the Souk and the Beach. The hotel pool was a good size and the pool area good for relaxing, with Cabana, drinks, food etc. Mostly adult guests. Its a No alcohol hotel. Rooms were good size and comfortable, and get one with a balcony. Pool music was a bit loud sometimes, and that would be the only complaint. Good breakfast, great staff. Restaurants within 10 minutes walk or 5 mins by Taxi.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Very nice rooms and hotel, spacious and very attentive staff which made the experience a lot better. Whenever we needed anything they were very prompt and helped out a lot.

Cons:

Everything was perfect and exceeded expectations only con was the breakfast, they could’ve had a few more continental items or more breakfast foods such as hashbrowns etc and different type of eggs, more selection for cold meats or sausages.

L’établissement est agréable, le cadre est magnifique et l’accueil est chaleureux. Le personnel de cette hôtel est vraiment très sympathique et à l’écoute. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, y’en a pour tout les goûts. Tout était réuni pour passer un excellent moment. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir ! Merci pour cette belle expérience👍👍👍😁

La chambre était bien mais ne correspond pas à un 5 étoiles.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, salle très sale, nourriture moyenne, le personnel désagréable. Bonjour ils ne connaissent pas et toujours au téléphone ou entrain de manger. Le personnel de la réception qui ne dit jamais Bonjour baisse la tête quand on arrive c'est désagréable et pas digne d'un 5 étoiles.
