I’d never stay here voluntarily

Location was good

Cons:

Honestly everything, the staff were rude, only word he said on checking in was, name?. Escorted us to room and found out we had no aircon when we paid for a room with it. Once we got into the room, no kettle, towels or toilet roll was in there. The aircon didn’t work. We go downstairs and he says oh here’s a remote, which also doesn’t work so we had no aircon. The TV was just for decoration as no channels worked and could not connect to internet. The bed felt like, I’m not exaggerating a piece of wood, I could jump on it and there would be no give. We paid for a late checkout and still got a knock on the door saying we needed to leave. Just not a good experience. It could be good but it’s not

Worst experience
Pros:

Nothing was not good.

Cons:

I have booked room with AC and paid for it and when get there no room available that I have booked and I have given room on the top and it was hot and they provide a fan where my wife was pregnant and she never gone down once gone in the room one of the worst hotel stay I have and booking.com giving these people business and they lie on everything when booking none of those things avaliable.

Empty bottles on shower shelf, no toilet role, hair in bed, was told they would give me towels and never brought me any, says can check in from 12 got there to be told check in at 2 onwards and I had to pay £10 early check in fee,draws were not cleaned and checked has I found bits of cannabis in the draw under tv, bed really hard, only one pillow each, horrible view,

Get what you pay for
Pros:

Good position in Blackpool for being on the sea front and visiting loads attractions. Room very small, clean.

Cons:

Television did not work.
Cleanliness around the property needs improving.
Paid for breakfast- told to be down for 10am. On arrival no one was awake no breakfast available. A phonecall made and someone appeared. Giving praise he did make breakfast which was very disappointing and not eaten by myself and daughter. Cleanliness 0- no tables cleaned. The set up for breakfast didn’t exsist. Shouldn’t be taking bookings if unable to provide service.

Pros:

Staff tried their best to help me but it wasn’t good enough even for that price

Cons:

Air con didn’t work they tried on multiple occasions to get it going but failed. One man was at the desk refusing to stay because even though air con is advertised it’s clearly not available so booking.com you need to deal with this ! I asked for a fan about 3 times later on but I never received it! Terrible cleaning on the carpets and stairs leading up to the rooms it needs a good vac it’s not acceptable. No towels in room on arrival ! Uncomfortable mattress never again !

The hotel is in a good location, the facilities in the room are great, and very comfortable. There is a place to park cars and also the staff were very responsive and polite, I must say..

Cons:

There was a lot of smoking going on.. the corridor leading to my room was full of full cigarette smell.

- Dirty toilet seat, someone wee over toilet seat before we get in the room
- Dirty carpet in the room

- not enough milk, sugar and teas for 2 people
