Pros:

We moved to this hotel after staying at at a really bad one for our first night. Hotel Blackpool was amazing. It is close to the beach about 10 min walking distance. It was really a breath of fresh air. The room was big, clean and airy. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was clean. The bathroom was also big and lovely to use with a window in there. The staff were super welcoming and looked after us really well throughout our sty there. The cooked breakfast evh morning was also delicious. I would really recommend this hotel. We will sty here again when visiting Blackpool next time.

Cons:

We really enjoyed our stay here. From the room, the facilities to the staff. We would highly recommend staying t this hotel.

Amazing value for money.
Pros:

Very clean hotel but was like a ghost Town in the reception area
Pros:

Good big clean modern looking room

Cons:

There was no one on reception most of the time only when we checked in at 2 o’clock

And the shower head wanted a better fitting so water went in right direction not all over bathroom

This was our 2nd stay a Hotel Blackpool we have stopped at a few hotels/B&Bs over the years but have found that Hotel Blackpool is the only one we've ever wanted to go back to. Staff are very helpful and kind, rooms are big. Which for us is a must as we go for the dance competitions, so our girls have a lot of stuff. Bathrooms are lovely you can have a bath or shower and very clean.

Cons:

They maybe could have softer mattress, we did find our were bit to firm and springy. We did sleep but just nicer mattress would be good.
More towels in the room we literally only had one towel each so a hand towel in the bathroom, plus shower matt to dry on. The shower also doesn't allow you to move it into position you have to take it down and hold it in your hand to wash.

Have limited expectations - fine for friends, drunk lads night out!
Pros:

The location is good and it's quiet, surprisingly quiet on the back other than inconsiderate guests. They've sortees the kettle situation out. The staff checking us in was a nice bloke, didn't see anyone else after that - it literally is left alone! Carpets are nice and soft / new, air con in room - but very noisy. WiFi was good. Shower really good and modern bathroom, the most is made of limited space. Good price.

Cons:

Grice blinds let in too much light to room, beds far too hard, not the cleanest - old toiletries left behind, blood stain on pillow case and stains on carpet. Tv still didn't work. 3 pillows in my room, friend had 5! Crap phone signal but WiFi worked well. Branding crisis, different names on different areas of the hotel. Too many handwritten notices. Hardly any staff around. No bar, no food, ridiculous door locks that dont really work. All in all there's not much progress from 2024, but it could be amazing!

Friendly, really good value, great location.
Pros:

The manager was friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a good stay. The location was great for Winter Gardens, and other Blackpool attractions - all within a few minutes walk. It was clean and the bathroom and furniture all looked brand new. The shower was amazing! Limited parking outside the hotel, but there was a car park within walking distance.

Cons:

The TV didn't work, only a minor issue but it would have been nice to have that available. The mattresses were very hard, and I anticipated they would be uncomfortable, but I had a good night's sleep regardless.

Nice place and friendly staff
Pros:

Very nice place we've stayed here twice before good big rooms nice bathrooms very clean , the host is very pleasant and polite he carnt do enough to help you .

Bed was little hard this time but still wouldn't stop us from staying again
