Tout OK, du personnel aux installation et l'emplacement.
Pros:

La chambre spacieuse, belle salle de bain, vue sur le Mékong spectaculaire (nous étions au 11ème étage).Très bon emplacement. Personnel aux petits soins.

Cons:

Quasiment rien. Pour trouver quelque chose : des reposes-valises auraient été les bienvenues. Taches sur les moquettes.

Pros:

The location across the river is very nice, the rooms are large and the staff is very hospitable and warm. General cleanliness is to 5 star standards

Cons:

The breakfast has very little options, the room had no furniture, there was water leaking from the shower cubicle..not a 5 star facilities experience.

Very clean and modern but wasnt happy with the items in fridge pricing
Pros:

Very clean and modern loved the hot high pressure showers and very easy to park great location

Cons:

I got charged 15$ for 50 cents worth of water bottles and check out process was very long
