The room was super clean and comfortable. The staffs were exceptionally kind and helpful.

Smells of cigarettes in the hallway.
Bathroom at the lobby was blocked and dirty every single stall

Good location, don't think I would return.
Pros:

Overall good location, simple services and bathroom and show was of a high standard. The views across the city are good if you are on a higher floor.

Cons:

Service isn't great. Lack of people and engagement. No real sense of being a guest just a transaction. Overall I spoke to 2 employees both front office, check in and check out that was it. Breakfast is not fresh / it is produced early and then left out for 3 hours. Trying to get eggs was unsuccessful and everything is self service.

Excelente estadía!!
Pros:

Espectacular todo!! El desayuno buenisimo!! El gym y la pileta!! La habitación grande y la cama super confortable!!! Es un 5 estrellas de verdad.

I didn’t know how to work QR codes for room service so I walked down there to look at the menu and make an order and was told to go to my room and order from the tv. Was a little upset since I was already at the restaurant…..
