Pros:

The staff were lovely, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The food was good, with a wide variety of options, so everyone could find something they liked.

Cons:

* The pool was quite small for the number of guests, and there were not enough sun loungers. If you wanted to get a lounger by the pool, you had to wake up at 7:00 a.m. to reserve one with a towel. The same issue existed on the beach.
* The bed was noisy and creaked when moving. The shower head was old and worn out, and the furniture in the room also looked quite dated and showed signs of wear.
* The soundproofing was poor. We could hear people walking along the corridor, and in the evenings the noise of other guests slamming doors was clearly audible from our room.
* The evening entertainment was rather limited, and music was not always played around the pool during the day.

Pros:

Přátelský a milý personál. Čisté moře, bohužel přes frekventovanou silnici. Hezký výhled z balkonu.

Cons:

Pokoj silně páchl dezinfekcí a ani za 5 dní se nevyvětralo. Vše slyšet, netěsnily dveře. Jídlo skromné a poddimenzované. Chybělo neustále maso, talíře, lidé neměli kde sedět. Bazén pouze v provozu 8 hodin a uzavírání dříve než měli psáno. Bohužel zabírání ručníky hosty, kteří na lehátko nebo k posezení nepřijdou. Personál na tyto situace nereagoval.
Úklid obden, problém vyměnit plážové ručníky.
Kolem hotelu nebylo kam jít na procházku, pouze silnice bez chodníku.
Nevhodné pro děti. Žádná plocha na hraní.
Na vrcholu sezony nefunkční bar na pláži.

Everything, food was very poor, room was dirty and very old, coctails were tasteless, too many people too little sun beds, we were checked in at 3pm after lunch, the snacks at the bar were soggy bread and ice cream not worth the money! The photos of hotel doesnt look like that in reality

The hotel had a nice atmosphere and enjoyable night events.
Pros:

The restaurant & bar services were absolutely excellent, easily 10/10. The staff were very professional, and always working hard to make sure guests were well taken care of. The food was also very good, tasty, with plenty of options, and in practice felt almost unlimited in variety and availability. Huge appreciation to everyone working in the restaurant area for their outstanding service.

Cons:

The facilities did not meet the expected 4-star standard, which felt somewhat misleading. The room itself also requires improvement, as the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. In addition, we had problems with the toilet flush that was reported but not resolved during our stay. Housekeeping was another weak point, with room cleaning not carried out on a daily basis.
