Dessverre ingen restaurantdrift på lørdag/ søndag men neste restaurant kun 600 m under . Mangel på heis kan være en utfordring for eldre gjester med tung bagasje.

Schrecklicher Hochzeitstag

Die Rezeption war eine Katastrophe.Wir haben gebucht und mitgeteilt,dass wir ein schönes Zimmer gern hätten, weil wir Hochzeitstag haben.Als wir ankamen bekamen wir ein kleines Zimmer.Alt und ungemütlich.Die Badezimmertüre war geschlossen.Mein Mann ging runter zum Auto das Gepäck holen.Ohne Lift sehr umständlich aber das wussten wir.Also danach auspacken ich ging ins Bad,um die Hände zu waschen.Der Gestank der mich dort erwartete war grauenvoll es stank nach fekalien .Sofort meldeten wir es an der Rezeption leider war die in einem 4Sternehotel nicht mehr besetzt.Wir telefonierten niemand war irgendwo erreichbar.4Sterne ?? Was ist wenn etwas ist ? So was haben wir noch erlebt und Reisen viel.Wir sind abgereist und bezahlt.Am Morgen riefen wir dort ins Hotel an und teilten den Mangel mit.Die Antwort war die Rezeption hatte leider schon geschlossen und wir reden von vor 18:00 Uhr.Was hat das mit dem Mangel zu tun nichts.!! Die Umgebung alles ist alt und abgewohnt also Achtung die Bilder entsprechen nicht dem jetzigen Stand.Das ganze Hotel ist schrecklich wir haben es bei Booking gemeldet und leiten eine Beschwerde ein.wir haben versucht eine Lösung beim Hotel zu finden 3mal wurde uns versprochen zurück zu rufen aber niemand meldete sich.Haben heute angerufen und es hieß sie seihen nach 3Tagen anschauen.Nichts ging

Camera extrem de mica, efectiv nu aveau loc doua persoane sa stea in picioare, este efectiv un spatiu ramas din mansarda pe care l au facut o camera. Baia in miniatură, fara produse de igiena. Pernele si salteaua foarte proaste. Cu toate ca aveau multe camere goale au vazut ca suntem romani si ne au dat cea mai proasta camera din hotel. Ne a confirmat personalul hotelului ca este cea mai proasta camera.

EMPFEHLENSWERT
Pros:

Familiengeführtes und bodenständiges Hotel im südlichen Vorgarten von Salzburg. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Sauber und gepflegt. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Hundefreundlich mit genügend Möglichkeiten zum Gassigehen.
