Convenient location, clean, quiet comfortable room, and nice cooked breakfast.
Pros:

Really friendly, helpful receptionist. Room perfectly fine and very clean. Breakfast very nice - pleasant staff.

Great location but expensive for what it was
Pros:

It was very close to the town and nice location.

Cons:

Expensive for a 3 star hotel,
Our bedroom only had thin blinds which meant the sun was coming into our room very early
Found it expensive for a 3 star hotel

Conveniently situated hotel with excellent staff
Pros:

The staff were excellent and very attentive. It was central to Bodmin town and the bus stop and the restaurant was good.

Cons:

The pillows were uncomfortable and the continental breakfast offering was a bit limited.
