Most enjoyable
Pros:

The food at the event we were attending was very good, as were the breakfasts

Cons:

We would have liked to eat in the restaurant on Sunday, but unfortunately is is not open on a Sunday at this time of year. However, the manageress was most helpful in pointing us at another restaurant.

Great discovery

very nice stay in the very centre of Bodmin
Pros:

huge room with bathroom and sofa space. this is a really good 3 star hotel - don't expect luxury and treats - what you get is super clean, well provisioned and very reasonably priced. minutes walk from Native Burger and the cafe at the old library which are both brilliant. breakfast options are full English veggie or meat and you can choose items the night before. nicely cooked and lovely service. if you're going to give tick options the night before so people can't make a choice in the morning, why not allow everyone to choose up to 5 items - i.e. i could have had 2 eggs plus 2 portions of mushroom and a tomato instead of hashbrowns etc. Free parking (albeit you have to register your reg plate). staff are exceptionally nice.

no plain yoghurt or fruit bowl at breakfast.
