Very hot rooms with A/C that simply doesn’t work. Old and everything is worn out and the hotel is in dire need of re

Location is good but not much else

Cons:

The A/C doesn’t work anywhere in the building it is very old and does not effectively cool the rooms. The rooms are very old and dated and not comfortable. The hotel just caters for huge groups of low quality coach tours and this as well as the very poor A/C makes it an extremely uncomfortable and expensive stay. We will not recommend or stay again in this hotel.

Boa estadia
Pros:

Hotel no centro da cidade, e com garagem grátis. Funcionários sempre prestáveis e muito simpáticos, que atenderam de imediato os pedidos que fizemos. Quarto com varanda e vista para o rio muito bonita e tranquila. Camas confortáveis e Tv com muitos canais incluindo espanhóis. Pequeno excelente e sem falhas. Grandes salões e grandes varandas com deslumbrante vista.

Cons:

Instalações antigas e a precisarem de remodelação, nomeadamente na casa de banho, mas notámos barulho de obras em curso e é possível que já estejam a remodelar. O ar condicionado não foi suficiente para refrescar o quarto, mas tem a desculpa de ter sido um dia anormalmente quente. Há duas almofadas mas ambas são demasiado altas, impossibilitando um sono reparador para quem está habituado a almofadas mais baixas. A relação qualidade preço não é das melhores, mas a localização, a vista e o facto de ter garagem são uma mais valia.

Pros:

Good value and very well placed near to the square. Very helpful staff. Excellent underground parking. Great views.

Cons:

O quarto é muito confortável, tem uma boa vista e o pequeno almoço estava óptimo.

Cons:

O ar condicionado não estava a funcionar bem, o que trouxe algum desconforto porque estava muito calor, mas como a noite acabou por arrefecer dormimos muito bem.

A perfectly satisfactory experience, especially considering the modest cost.
Pros:

Location, staffing, comfortable bed, very good hot water supply. The room was a bit larger than expected. Underground protected self parking for no additional cost. Included breakfast was fine but not exceptional.

Cons:

The facilities are showing their age. A modest refurbishment would do a lot to polish the image.

Um hotel clássico com excelentes níveis de conforto e atendimento
Pros:

Esperava um hotel antigo e envelhecido, mas o Miracorgo mantém padrões de conforto, limpeza e serviço impecáveis. Atendimento prestável, óptimo pequeno-almoço e até a companhia simpática do papagaio na portaria dá um carácter especial a este hotel.
