War alles wunderbar und wir hatten Spaß.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war extrem groß für 1 Erwachsene und 1 Kind, da ein Doppelbett sowie ein Zusatzbett vorhanden war. Die Badetasche mit Handtüchern und Bademänteln ist prima und der vergünstigte Thermeneintritt ein Hit!

Cons:

Wir sind um ca. 19:45 Uhr zum Abendessen gekommen und da war vor allem das Fleisch und die Soßen schon "eingetrocknet". Die Kinderlasagne hat ebenfalls verbrannt und vertrocknet ausgesehen, sodass mein Kind es nicht gegessen hat, obwohl Lasagne sein Lieblingsgericht ist. Wir sind aber natürlich auch mit den übrigen Speisen vom Buffet satt geworden.

Pros:

The hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations - the cleanliness, the facilities, the care of the staff. Everything was above and beyond. We spent the 3d birthday of our child there and he got so much attention and a surprice cake for breakfast! I loved every minute of our stay!

Cons:

Wasserdruck beim Wasserhahn war zu stark. Im Zimmer war es Schwül. Seltsame Geräusche in der Nacht. Haarbüschel im Handtuch. Der Boden beim Fenster im Zimmer 110 gab nach. Das Bett war Unbequem und der Polster sank zu sehr ein. Die Dusche war sehr klein man konnte zu zweit nicht gut duschen.

Zimmer toll u sauber, Personal sehr kompetent und freundlich. Das Buffet war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Es gibt ein eigenes Kinderbuffet u für Eltern sehr gutes Essen!

In die Jahre gekommenes 4 Sterne Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, keine 3 Minuten zur Therme.
Auf Beschwerde wurde sofort reagiert. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Zimmer nicht sauber, Schimmel im Bad. Haben sofort ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Dieses war sauber.

Alles gut, war zufrieden wie immer!
Pros:

Ich war schon öfters im "Vier Jahreszeiten" zu Gast, es war wie immer ein sehr ruhiges und komfortables Quartier mit einem guten Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Ich darf hier sagen, dass dies bei mir keine Relevanz hatte, ich verwende grundsätzlich meine eigenen Geräte und Toiletteartikel, es könnte aber andere Gäste stören, wenn die Waschmittelspender sowohl beim Waschbecken als auch in der Dusche leer sind. Der Haarfön sollte vielleicht mal getauscht werden, er funktionierte zwar noch, hatte aber eine Geräuschkulisse, die auf ein baldiges Versagen schließen läßt.

Sauberkeit und das Reinigungspersonal war sehr zufrieden stellend.
Frühstück und das Service Personal war sehr zufrieden stellend.
Buffet bei Abendessen war sehr zufrieden stellend.

Cons:

Rezeption war so gut wie nie besetzt, einchecken und auschecken musste man bei Hotel Kurz sowie Abendessen und alle andere Dinge die man konsumieren wollte waren nur bei Hotel Kurz möglich.
Im Indoor Bereich für Kinder wurde zwar viel zum klettern hinzugefügt, allerdings muss man für alle anderen Attraktionen zusätzlich Geld in Tokens wechseln das zusätzliche Kosten verursacht.
