Great Location, great value, great size suite quick valets, good swimming pool. Ac worked great!

Cons:

Weird persistent smell in room, broken tiles in floor and bathrooms, front door gap on floor and on hinge side, room was in need of many esthetic repairs. Noise all day from vehicles going in and out of parking garage beneath room area. Room in need of deep cleaning in kitchen area, not as easy to get assistance in daily room cleaning service.

Super Unterkunft mit Top Preisleistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, eigener Zugang zum Strand, direkt aus der 2 stöckigen Unterkunft. Pool Tennisplatz alles dabei.
Sehr großes Zimmer inklusive Parkplatz.
Haben bereits zweimal da gebucht und wir werden wieder kommen.

Haben bereits das zweite mal da gebucht, beim ersten war alles perfekt, jetzt wurde bei der Reinigung leider einiges vom Vorgänger vergessen (gebrauchte Socken, Trinkflasche, Putzfetzen) und es waren sehr wenige Steckdosen und die funktionierten auch nicht alle

The room was not what it appeared to be online, the newest thing was the headboards and they were covered with dust on the top...entered a room that had sheet rock all over the entrance because it looked like they made some quick repairs to the door frame before we arrived and it was still cracked wide open...The thermostat did not work the room was very warm and uncomfortable to sleep in, we walked to maintenance to ask for help without anyone ever showing up...the appliances were old and rusty...there is no vent in the restroom so all the condensation and humidity from the shower made it hard to get ready, floor stayed wet from condensation...they only have one dry towel and one beach towel for a double bed family occupied room, floor was dirty and gritty like its never been swept...and the mattress hard and pillows flat...

La peor experiencia
Cons:

Horrible, el apartamento tenia humedad, paredes rotas y mal remendadas, acabados horribles, el baño parecia de un motel de mala muerte, el olor por la humedad era muy desagradable, a demas tenian un aparato deshumidificador que cada 20 minutos hacia un ruido horrible, no pude dormir bien ningún día. Los elevadores nunca servían y tenia que esperar uno mas de 15 minutos y eso cuando uno podia tomar elevadores por que generalmente termine usando las escaleras. Terrible experiencia

Mala organización relacionada a check in, ascensores. Entrega de carros. Quizás te demoras 15 minutos para agarrar el elevador y otros 20 minutos para que te den tu carro (no te dejan ir a buscarlo, a fuerza te lo traen los del valet parking)

Habitación en mal estado,el baño muy deteriorado,
El aire acondicionado tenía fugas y el agua caía en el piso y era un peligro, el microondas no funcionaba. Encendía pero no calentaba, el coffemaker tampoco funcionaba, la tetera .
Se reportó el primer día y nos dijeron que iban a solucionar y llegaron y todo igual, tuvimos que quedarnos creyendo que iban a solución y nada.
Ingresamos viernes y nos solucionaron hasta el domingo , mal servicio

This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The property is dirty, old, and poorly maintained.

We were bitten multiple times by bed bugs. We reported the problem immediately, but the staff showed no concern and made no effort to relocate us or properly address the situation.

On top of that, we accidentally left a jacket in the closet. We returned to the unit only 30 minutes after check-out, while the housekeeper was still cleaning, but they had already thrown it away. Despite admitting what happened, they refused to reimburse us or take any responsibility for the loss.

The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and complete disregard for guests’ concerns made this an extremely frustrating experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property to anyone.
