Excellent location. Great hotel
Pros:

Nice big property with garden and views. Only 1 minute walk from main square. Good breakfast. Nice staff. They organised some laundry for us which was very cheap

Wonderful ! A must stay!!
Pros:

The property was absolutely beautiful! Tula, the manager was great and so helpful in setting up a great tour for us. Breakfast was fantastic as well!

Pros:

The place was like an oasis near the main place with a very nice garden. The room was very spacious and silencious. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

In the room there were no fridge, no telephone and we had to ask for haidryer.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel un peu en dehors du centre ce qui permet un calme absolu. Partis très tôt nous n'avons pu bénéficier que du breakfast packet

Cons:

Actuellement la rue principale est en travaux et donc inaccessible en voiture. Néanmoins possibilité de se parquer à quelques dizaines de mètres

Toller Service!
Pros:

Vor und nach unserem Trip nach Machu Picchu haben wir in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich. Wir hatten ein Thema mit unserem Mietwagen, welches während unserer Abwesenheit gelöst wurde. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich um alles gekümmert. Vielen Dank! Wir können das Hotel sehr weiterempfehlen!

Teuer ist nicht immer gleich gut!

Schöner Garten und in den Gemeinschaftsräumen schön dekoriert.

Cons:

Daa Frühstück war spärlich. Es wurde für alle Gäste eine Banane aufgeschnitten, die nach kurzer Zeit braun anlief. Es gab noch ein paar Weintrauben, 3 Rühreier, die mit den anderen Gästen zu teilen war und noch ein paar andere Kleinigkeiten. Dazu altes Brötchen und Toast, dass man in den Mikrogrill schieben konnte. Das Personal (eine ältere Dame) war mit dem auffüllen des Buffets hilflos überfordert.
Die Zimmer sauber, aber so klein das man seinen Koffer nicht öffnen konnte, ohne darüber zu stolpern. Von einen Kleiderschrank war keine Rede. Die Zimmer waren außerdem noch sehr hellhörig.
Personal war nett und sehr geschäftstüchtig. Für die Unterbringung der Koffer für spätere Abholung, musste man nochmalig pro Person und Koffer 4 USD zahlen.
Alles in allem stimmte das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Immerhin konnte ein schönes Außenambiente von dem Geld gestaltet werden.
Teuer ist halt nicht immer gleich gut!

Pros:

The property is just on the outskirts of town still easy to get to the square. Completely gated location that gives serenity and security. Great gardens and courtyard.

Cons:

Outside local council upgrading street from town square. Helps to know as easier access via other streets with luggage is much easier.

A beautiful property in a quiet place
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, after flying into Cusco from Lima.
The hotel reservations representative (Paola) who I corresponded with at length prior to our arrival, was friendly and thoughtful. She not only helped to arrange our pickup from Cusco airport to the hotel in Ollantaytambo (for a fee) but also advised us not to take a stop at Chinchero along the way, given the fact that we had not yet acclimated to the elevation and were at risk of attitude sickness. We did eventually visit Chinchero, but only later in the trip after a day's stay at Cusco. We appreciated that level of concern.
The hotel is situated closer to the edge of the town and so it's in a quiet place.
The property is very beautiful and tastefully done up.
The room was nice and spacious. A bottle of filtered water was provided on both days. The bed was comfortable and were it not for the leaking toilet flush, we would have had a good night's sleep.
Breakfast was acceptable and could have been better on both spread and quantity. Our request for a fried egg was turned down, which was disappointing.
However, the front desk staff were courteous and very friendly and helpful, especially Tula, who was very kind, friendly and helpful, so that helped.

Cons:

The bathroom had 2 major issues. A finicky shower and a leaky toilet flush, which we showed to the lady on duty at the front desk within hour of our arrival. She did suggest a fix - which was a series of short presses on the flush handle - which we tried, but with varying degrees of success.
As a result the drip - which we did not always succeed in stopping with the fix suggested - did disturb our sleep at times.
Were it not for this issue, I would have rated the hotel higher.
