تجربة زي الزفت و ننصح الكل ما يتعاملو معاهم تاني إلا لما يحسنوا الخدمة زي ما كانت فى 2024

الحاجه الوحيده اللي منعتني الغي الحجز هي لطافة ستاف الهوم سيرڤيس والهاوس كيبينج وحرصهم انهم يحلوا المشاكل المتعلقة بالغرف اللي كانت مضايقانا

تجربة مخيبة للامال والفندق مستواه بقى نجمتين خسارة فيه 3000 وكسور ف الليلة
بداية من الريسيبشنيست اللي قالوا لنا سعر أغلى من اللي احنا حاجزينه على بوكينج (كنا حاجزين سويت ب 3 أسرة فردي)و تسكينهم لينا فى غرفه چينيور سويت (سريرين حرفيا من رُفعهم تحس انك لو اتقلبت هتقع)سيئة جدا تكييف عالي جدا وصوت التلاجه مسموع، شاشة التليفزيون منغمشة، الإضاءة سيئة جدا جدا و حتى نور ربنا مش موجود بسبب ان البلكونه بتطل ع مباني، مع ان الريسيبشنيست قالت لنا هتدينا غرفة بإطلالة جانبية ع البحر، أدونا اسوأ غرف
اتصلنا بيهم عشان ناقص السليبرز ، المصلية والمكواة و التويلت مكنش مضيف( فيه قمامة فى باسكت الزبالة) الفوط مش مضيقه غير الملايات الي باين جدا انها متغيرتش
قضيت اسوأ ليلة من كتر التعب و الصداع من الأصوات العالية والتكييف السئ
تاني يوم اشتكينا، بدلوا لنا الچينيور سويت ب غرفة "فردي" عادية بسرير واحد ورفضت الريسيبشنيست ترجع لنا فرق السعر وتقول ما الفلوس اندفعت خلاص بقى !!!!

الاسانسير عطل بيا حرفيا قضيت اسوأ 5 دقايق فى حياتي فى رعب ويضلم مش راضي يفتح و معلق واتصلت بالريسيبشن بصراحه حالي فى دقيقة معرفش يفتح الباب راح طلع الدور الاول سحبني!!!

ازاي أسانسير فى فندق محترم كدة يعطل!!!!؟

غير الفطار اللي بيقولوا عليه اوبن بوفيه!! مفيش اي اكل ولا تنوت حرفيا تجربة سيئة جدا الاكل سئ وتاني يوم لقينا بايت وبواقي اكل امبارح فيه

ولا المكواة، طلبت من الريسيبشنيست مكواة بما انها على بوكينج مفروض انكلوديد تضحك عليا وتقولي بفلوس وخدمة ومش عارفه ايه اسال بالصدفة الهاوس كيبينج يجيبوها لي ببلاش تماما لحد الغرفة!

التويلت فى الچينيور سويت كل شوية الاقي لون اصفر زي ما يكون سوري بول رغم ان محدش فينا دخل

والاقي نموس ع الحيطة و الخزنة بايظة و مش مهتمين حتى بمنطرها سايبين غطاء الحجارة متشال و نكلمهم يقولوا الخزن بايظة
