Worse experience ever
AC in the room was not working most of the time and very late response in trying to fix it and it was not fixed.
In addition the room was not clean.
Though the ladies in the reception were trying to help but nothing happened.

Ich werde wiederkommen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut es gibt einen foodmarket direkt vor dem Hotel
Das Personal ist sehr nett
Aber besonders hervorheben möchte ich Mahmoud der an der Rezeption arbeitet. Ich konnte ihn einfach alles fragen und er stand mir immer mit einem guten Rat und Tipps zur Seite. Er ist sehr freundlich, professionell und sehr hilfsbereit!
Er hat meinen Aufenthalt besonders gemacht.

المسبح لذيذ لكن المصرف بتاعه بيتسد باستمرار فبنكون خايفين يدخل على مياه المسبح لكن خلال اليومين اللي قعدناهم دا محصلش
حسيت اني محتاجة اختيارات اكتر للمطعم وكمان ثبات في كواليتي المشروبات وحجمها
