Pros:

Avevo prenotato per i miei genitori 70enni che hanno trovato la casa comoda, pulita vicina alla spiaggia e in zona servita. La proprietaria è sempre stata gentile e disponibile.

Si potrebbe decisamente lavorare un po' di più sulla pulizia
Abbiamo trovato un asciugamano usato dietro la porta (certo la svista può capitare, ma non è un bel biglietto da visita)
I pavimenti non erano proprio puliti

Ero già stato qui quando era un albergo con pensione completa ,ora si può apprezzare la libertà di poter gestire in autonomia la propria giornata,l'accoglienza e la disponibilità sono ottime ,l'insonorizzazione per la quiete è molto buona. Consigliato per la posizione,la tranquillità ed anche per il prezzo.

Pros:

Struttura moderna, ristrutturata. Abbiamo soggiornato con il nostro cagnolino e Il personale e’ stato molto disponibile e cortese. E’ molto vicina al mare. Vicino alla struttura c’ e’ anche la bellissima pineta di Pinarella dove e’ possibile accedere alla spiaggia libera. Pineta molto attrezzata anche per pic-nic e praticare sport. Molto apprezzato anche l’ angolo a disposizione di tutti i clienti, dove era possibile usufruire gratuitamente di caffè e bibite calde e biscotti.

Cons:

Secondo me da migliorare solo l’ attrezzatura a disposizione per la cucina. E aggiungere un armadio chiuso dove poter sistemare gli indumenti.

Lage, renoviertes Zimmer, Freier Kaffee an der Rezeption

Cons:

Nicht besonders liebevoll eingerichtet. Tür zu andere Wohneinheit offen und durch einen Regal/Kleiderständer geschlossen gehalten.
