Si ubicación, a las afueras de la ciudad, perfecto si vas de paso, la habitación es espaciosa y cómoda, el baño grande

Wonderful, refurbished mansion turned great, affordable hotel with GREAT STAFF

EVERYTHING!! STAFF, Hospitality, room, secure parking. Fabulous decor. Pet-friendly

Cons:

It didn't bother us, but if you are not used to the Noise of a Mexican city, it can be a challenge till everything slows down at night.

I will never stay here again.

When I called to ask about the hotel, when I didn't speak Spanish , she hung-up on me. Luckily for me Saul helped us out. He help me check in and made sure we knew where to get something to eat. No small hand towels, just to 2 large ones. No restaurant, just the minimum things in the room. No phone, the key card didn't work I kept having to have it fixed. When I asked for change to pay the uber they said they did not ha ve any. I said Yes you do and they finally gave me change. They need more help in the kitchen area, they have to cook and have no time to clean up in the eating area that was full of dirty dishes.

Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación, el acceso es fácil, si vas des paso, o si vas a algún lugar cercano como la tecnology park o alguna empresa por el rumbo, es muy accesible y reúne lo que se necesita para descansar.

Cons:

La limpieza podría ser mejor, algún espejo bueno y bien iluminado ayudaría bastante y otro bote de basura, tal vez contar con hielos también nos hubiera gustado
