Pros:

The location is in the middle of Old Tbilisi, is perfect to walk and reach all the attractions. The owner is nice

Noise from car and people is directly on the main street and sooooo loudly the noise all night long.

The properties on a very good location everything is so close on a walking step. You can go anywhere by Metro or bus stop just in front of the hotel.

В центре. Все рядом.
Pros:

Прям на площади свободы. Рядом старый город. Очень дружелюбный персонал.

Cons:

Очень громко с улицы. За 7 часов (поздний выезд) пришлось заплатить 100 лари, хотя никто не планировал туда заезд, потому что был ремонт крыши и наш попроси выселиться не позже 19:00. Высокая лестница, с чемоданами неудобно. Довольно тесно
