Pros:

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Compared to Wyndham Tashkent, it felt more modern and up to date. The room service was excellent, and the breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. The air conditioning system worked very well and was completely quiet.
I had a wonderful stay, and if I return to Bukhara in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Special thanks to Sevinch Jasmin for her outstanding hospitality and assistance.

Cons:

The only minor issue was that the swimming pool water seemed a little cloudy and could have been clearer.
In addition, amenities such as a razor, shaving cream, toothpaste, toothbrush, and similar items were not provided in the room by default. However, the staff explained that this was part of their sustainability policy and that these items would be provided upon request. When I asked for toothpaste and a toothbrush, they were delivered immediately.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel auf 5-Sternenniveau. Neuwertig, sauber und in 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Das freundliche Personal war darüber hinaus sehr hilfreich und hat uns bei Planung, taxi etc. unterstützt (speziell Jaxongir, Yulduz und Sevinch).

Pros:

Un vrai 5 étoiles . Professionnalisme et sérieux . Gentillesse et prévenance. Toujours disponible surtout Sevinch qui a été au top et tree attentionnée . Une très grande piscine et et un super petit déjeuner avec un choix incroyable

An excellent place to stay in Bukhara
Pros:

The hotel is fantastic. Not only for the building, space in the room, exquisite and huge breakfast options, the swimming pool but also for the team. I want to mention the super professional help of the front desk team : Sevinch, Dilshod, Yulduz and Jaxongir who helped us for an early check in, late check out and taking care of our comfort during our stay. A place to stay if you visit Bukhara.

צוות מדהים !!!!! ביקשנו צ'ק אין מוקדם קיבלו אותנו עם חיוך מצאו לנו חדר כדי שנוכל לנוח אחרי הנסיעה ... וגם בנוסף הפתיעו אותנו עם עוגה ליום הנישואין . היינו במלון 12 יום הכל מושלם הנקיון הבריכה השירות חדרים הכל מעולה ראוי לציין את צוות הקבלה ובמיוחד את mirshod murodov שכל בקשה שלנו מיד קיבלנו מענה ועזרה שאפו שיש עובדים כאלה במלון .
צוות המלצרים של הבריכה מדהימים הם נתנו שירות מעולה אפילו שהיה חום כבד( 48 מעלות) השירות היה מהיר וטוב ותמיד עם חיוך .
אין שירות כזה בעולם מלון מס1 בשירות !!

Ok & nice. Could’ve and should’ve been great.
Pros:

Firstly, I would like to say the Check-in/front desk were extremely good and one person in particular. I believe her name was Sevinch Amonova. She was outstanding when she checked us in and was very polite and kind. The room was a bit small and the bathroom wasn’t spacious but all in all it was a nice room. The hotel itself was ok. I also had a massage from the spa. Diana was very professional.

I think the front desk/check in staff were great! 10/10!
However for a Wyndham hotel, I think the rest of the staff’s attentiveness to their guests could be better. For example, the main bar & pool bar’s service was ok, but not good or great. They could improve their service around the pool and just pick and choose their times to offer service better. An example would be bringing menu’s or checking on guests when they’re sitting down on the tanning chairs. A few times they’d come to guests whilst the guests were in the pool swimming, not that this is a big deal but it was just a lack of common sense at times. I don’t think it’s their fault but perhaps the hotel could support some better training. Also a few times I ordered room service, the finished dirty plates sat outside my hotel room afterwards for a full day at one point. It was strange as well to have house keeping only show up very late in the afternoon’s. I think the Wyndham was a nice hotel, that has potential to be great. These are areas the staff could improve! I am sorry to be quite critical..

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Wyndham. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff were always welcoming.

A special thank you to Sevinch, Mirshod, and Yulduz for their outstanding hospitality. They were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, especially during my check-out. They went above and beyond by arranging my transportation to the train station at 4:00 AM, making my early departure completely stress-free.

Very confortable and great pool.
Pros:

The hotel is in a convenient location close to the center. Rooms are clean big and confortable, very good breakfast.
Big pool that was very helpfull with 45 degrees during the day.
Amazing customer service, Sevinch Amonova in particular was very helpfull assisting us during our stay. We also liek to mention Mirshod Murodov who helped has with a requesd we had.

Cons:

A minor comment but the music in the pool was very loud, maybe some ambient music and lower volume would have been better.

Pros:

В целом отель нормальные 4*, наверное один из лучших отелей Бухары, а с открытым бассейном вообще почти без конкурентов. Завтрак достойный, WiFi отличный, персонал отзывчивый. Неплохой лобби-бар, с него же и носят все к бассейну. До центра ехать 10 минут на такси.

Cons:

Есть элементы немного уставшего отеля - например, на балкон дверь закрывалась неплотно, постоянно сама открывалась. Также много недоработок - например, на балконе нет ничего, ни стула-стола, ни какого-то присобления сушить вещи после бассейна. Кухня в отеле очень слабая - лучше на обед-ужин уезжать куда-то. Уборку надо просить сделать иногда, если утром не убрались, то днем не смотрят и не проверяют.

Pros:

The receptionist girl, Sevinch was super helpful and attentive. She went outside of box to suggest, help and get everything sorted. Much respect to staff like these, they actually make up the best experience of staying.

Cons:

Swimming pool is not really clean, could have been better. Also some rubber slippers would be great going around the pool.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The bed was super comfortable, the pool area was well kept and the service staff was super attentive. Breakfast was also very good. Sevinch from the reception was exceptional, she did everything to make sure we had a great stay, she was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The music by the pool was super loud until 10.30 pm, we could even hear it loudly in our room with the windows closed. Once we informed the reception, the issue was immediately addressed.
