Lovely hotel
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, rooms are beautiful! Food is absolutely delicious! The lady who prepares breakfast is a sweet heart. We dont speak Spanish she doesn't speak English and still was so welcoming, over fed us and gave us a hug as we left.we have stayed before and will stay again. Rooms a good size, when you motorbike helmets, coats and boots plus luggage it makes a big difference.

Para mí este hotel tendría una puntuación de 10en Booking,desde la limpieza,hasta la comida y el personal ,sin dejar de lado el gusto excepcional con el que está decorado.Antes de viajar había leído casi todas las reseñas y aunque ya hablaban muy bien del hotel ...ha superado todas mis expectativas.Un personal siempre atento a todo lo que pudiese necesitar...una cocina casera y exquisita con la señora Karmen al frente,una atención super profesional en recepción ,bar y comedor.En fin altamente recomendable,no dudaré en volver .

Stayed here a few times on way to Bilbao. V comfortable rooms, lovely restaurant in the garden, good food, friendly staff, a/c and parking.

Pros:

L'habitació i el bany eren grans. L'esmorzar acabat de fer molt bo, tot i que caldria millorar alguna cosa (posar el formatge, el pa o el meló ja tallat per evitar que tot el món toque la peça). La terrassa per a sopar ben atesa i amb les taules espaiades. Molt bona atenció per part de Mari Carmen i de Josune.

Cons:

Caldria reovar i actualitzar una mica la decoració i el mobiliari. Els matalassos del llit són una mica blans i incòmodes.

Un hôtel charmant et agréable pour visiter le pays basque espagnol
Pros:

L’hôtel est un ancien cellier viticole entièrement rénové et possède un certain charme si vous aimez les vieilles pierres et les voûtes.
Le personnel est très disponible et attentionné même si la communication dans une langue autre que le castillan ou basque n'est pas des plus facile.
Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues, tout est nettoyé et changé chaque jour.
Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel: flans, pâtisseries, toasts et autres confections faites maison et si vous mangez salé le matin ce n'est pas en reste: jambon ibérique, porridge, omelette, fromages...
Le restaurant est aussi une bonne option et propose le soir un menu à un prix attractif (env. 20€)

Cons:

L'hôtel est malheureusement prisonnier d'une zone industrielle construite récemment qui peut occasionner bruits et odeurs en extérieur cependant cela ne nous a pas tant dérangé et la zone est inactive le week-end.

Muy bonito hotel en un paysage encantador las habitaciones son bonitas, acojedoras y comfortables. El desayuno es variado muy rico y casero.
Personal muy amable.
Estuvimos poco tiempo pero lo pasamos muy bien.
