L'hôtesse est d'une grande gentillesse et chaleureuse . Elle nous a offert de nous accompagner à L'épicerie car nous n'avions pas loué de voiture ( mais on peut s'y rendre à pied sans problème.) Les lieux sont très propres et a proximité de la mer. Nous recommandons sans hésitation!

Wer keine moderne Luxusausstattung erwartet, bekommt hier eine sehr saubere Unterkunft mit hervorragendem Service und einer äußerst freundlichen Gastgeberin. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas älter, aber alles war gepflegt und ordentlich.

We loved the location, right on beautiful Golden Beach. Gianna, our host was friendly, helpful and very informative for places to see and to eat. Highly recommend staying here, very relaxing.

I loved that it was just a few steps from the beach, and of course, the hostess was as lovely as mentioned in the reviews.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Veranda wurde mit zwei anderen Zimmern geteilt, ist aber so groß, dass jeder seinen eigenen Bereich hat. Das Apartment wurde jeden Tag gründlichst gereinigt. Die Besitzerin ist sehr gastfreundlich und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben sogar verlängert. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da wir nicht gerne in großen Städten sind. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, direkt am wunderschönen Strand mit Strandbars, ca. 15 min. Zu Fuß am Meer entlang in den nächsten Ort mit super Tavernen (Souvlaki Dryos, Restaurant Anna!!) ist man hier richtig.

A stunning location, next to the beach with Gianna who makes sure that you have the best and smoothest stay possible. I will be back!

The place was squeaky clean and the hostess was amazing... She had a baby cot ready for us with clean sheets everyday...
Ioanna (Gianna) was very friendly and gave us advice on where to eat and swim.
We will definitely come back.

El lugar donde esta ubicado es fabuloso...frente a una playa maravillosa a la cual se accede con unos pocos pasos .El departamento hermoso , limpio y completo. El entorno es de ensueño...y lo mejor de todo...su anfitriona Gianna. Ella es amable, atenta, respetuosa, considerada, bien predispuesta , alegre y muy solidaria. Volveriamos sin dudas!

This is a place for people who value peace, relaxation, intimacy, beautiful views and contact with the host. Here you can experience hospitality and human warmth. We were enchanted. Yanna made us fall in love with Paros. We miss her.

Semaple Studios is a stone's throw from the beautiful Golden Beach and close to the port of Piso Livadi, where you can take a boat to Santorini. Everything is close by when you have a car there. If you don't have a car you can enjoy from the terrace the views of Naxos, Irakleia and Ios and swim in warm and clear sea.

After your excursions, you can spend warm evenings and nights on the terrace, gazing at the starry sky. It's priceless!

The apartment is modest and exceptionally clean, with daily service and a beautiful KALIMERA from Yanna, the coolest and most hospitable girl in Greece. :) :) :)

Last but not least. The apartment is quite spacious and all this is not expensive.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand (Golden Beach). Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten gibt es einen Supermarkt und Restaurants. Die Zimmer, das Haus und auch das Areal rund ums Haus sind liebevoll gestaltet, mit vielen kleinen Details und einladenden Bereichen zum Verweilen. Die Anlage ist äußerst sauber! Wir (= Eltern plus zwei Jugendliche im Alter von 19 und 15 Jahren) hatten zwei nebeneinanderliegende Zimmer im ersten Stock, die Zimmer sind durchschnittlich groß mit Bad/WC, Küchenbereich und Balkon. Vor den Zimmern ist ein großer Terrassenbereich, den sich die drei Zimmer im ersten Stock teilen und der mit flexiblen Holzparavents abgetrennt werden kann. Wir haben täglich auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt und blieben auch oftmals zum Abendessen im Quartier. Gianna (= Host) ist großartig, unglaublich herzlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und äußerst bemüht darum, ihren Gästen den bestmöglichen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen! Wir waren rundum super happy :-)))

Habitación cómoda y muy bien ubicada

Es un hotel encantador y acogedor en frente de la playa . Gianna, la propietaria , es una persona encantadora que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera de 10 , estuvo pendiente de que no nos faltara nada en ningún momento!

Großartige Unterkunft direkt am Meer! Wunderbarer Blick von der Terrasse auf den Golden Beach.
Gianna ist eine tolle fleißige Gastgeberin. Sie ist die freundlichste Griechin, die wir kennenlernen durften und wir haben uns sicher und sehr wohl bei ihr gefühlt.

The best thing about Seample studios is the host Gianna, she is such a lovely being. Went beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time there.
The studio was super clean and comfortable . Lots of natural light. The kitchen was basic, but enough to make small simple meals.
We loved having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea and star gazing from her lovely whimsical garden below.
Tucked away at corner of Golden Beach, we were literally steps away from the beach and also steps away from a pathway along the cliff above the sea, that leads to Drios, we enjoyed walking on the path at sunset and under the light of the full moon, seeing the lovely views from there.
Overall We enjoyed the quiet and laidback tranquil vibe here.
We look forward to going back!
