el buen trato de la gente, sobre todo de la parte de animación, por arte de Sara David y Dave, que fueron encantadores en todo momento. Y Belén la jefa de sala.

Cons:

la única pega que pondría es uno de los socorristas rubio de pelo largo, que lo único que hacía era mirar el móvil, cae gente en la piscina y lo tienen que socorrer los demás.

Le camere che si affacciano sulla zona bar/piscina sono purtroppo molto rumorose: la musica viene tenuta a volume piuttosto alto dalle 10:00 del mattino fino alle 23:00. A mio parere, un orario così prolungato può risultare eccessivo, soprattutto per chi desidera riposarsi in camera durante la giornata o la sera.

Вже другий раз відпочиваємо з дітьми в цьому готелі, чудове співвідношення ціни і якості. Просторі номери, кондиціонер цього разу працював відмінно, смачна різноманітна кухня, класні хлопці аніматори (видно, що віддаються своїй роботі), кожного дня прибирання в номері і заміна рушників, на території чисто і охайно

A személyzet nagyon kedves és rugalmas volt. Napi takarítás volt, mindig tisztaság volt. Az ételek finomak és bőségesek voltak, igaz kellett 3-4 étkezés mire az ember megszokta az ízvilágot, de finom volt minden. A 4 éves kislányunk is mindig talált olyan ételt amiből jót evett. A programok is jók voltak a hotel területén. Az ellátáshoz beletartozik egy bár, ahol ingyenes a jégkása és a koktélok. (Persze nem olyan minőségűek, mint a fizetősek, de elfogadhatóak) Lehetett kérni piknik ebédet, az is finom volt. (Szendvicsek, gyümölcsök, üveges víz)

Cons:

Az ágyak borzalmasak voltak. Ebben csalódtam a legjobban. A földön kellett aludjunk, mert annyira kényelmetlen volt és minden fordulásnál, mozdulásnál nyikorgott.

Animación infantil casí inexistente. Las actividades que anunciaban casi ni las hacían. Y no hacían mucho por hablar con los niños ni que se implicasen para hacer juegos. Camareros muy majos.

No corresponde a un 4 estrellas , colchones horribles , la comida asquerosa , olor a alcantarilla y cucarachas , nos cambiaron de habitación 3 veces y el hotel nos va a compensar con 400 eur una vergüenza ese dinero para casi 2000 eur que hemos pagado, horrible la experiencia , no lo recomendaria jamás

Endless churros, lovely staff, solid 3-star vibes, and zero regrets.
Pros:

I wanted to take "just a little fruit" for a breakfast and somehow I returned with a mountain of bacon, two eggs, and a suspicious amount of churros. I recommend excellent Sobrasada.

Cons:

As for the hotel itself, Tropicana is genuinely lovely, super friendly, and with a pool area. But let's be real: calling it a 4-star is a bit of a stretch.It is more like 3 star hotel.
