Central location.
Pros:

Excellent location. Clean room and comfortable bed. Good breakfast.
Parking from 4pm Fri to 2pm Saturday only cost £11.50 at Friats Walk car park.

Would definitely come again. And will be.
Pros:

The breakfast is standard but you can really tell it’s fresh.
What really helped, it was very hot weather when we were there and in reception they have a small selection of cold drinks and snacks to buy at anytime.
The staff were very friendly.
You can smoke inside. And in the beer garden. It says no smoking online but they let our group smoke 🍃 in the garden.

Cons:

There was no swimming pool. Which seems unbelievable becuase the 1st and 2nd floor is pretty much empty.

Great hotel but bar needs to be open longer
Pros:

Clean modern rooms

Cons:

Bar was closed when we got back to hotel at 11.30pm on a Friday night and would only serve us drinks to take back to room. I would expect more from city centre hotel.

Fantastic service
Pros:

Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

There was fault with air conditioning unit so our room was like an oven. But it was resolved as soon as I reported it to Concierge and we were moved to another (upgraded) room which was perfect.
