Good stay close to city center.
Pros:

Great stay. 15 min walk into center town. Has everything you need next to the hotel (2 min walk). It’s a 30 min walk from the ADO bus, but only 100 peso taxi.

Cons:

The tv didn’t have Netflix. Just local channels. Tough for kids without some entertainment.

Staff were kind. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

For this price I expect more amenities like basic coffee and tea in the room and a kettle. Breakfast wasnt even included. Really poor hospitality compared to what we offer in south africa.

The room is good for the price. It's good value for money if you're just passing through Cancun.

Cons:

They don't answer messages. Neither on WhatsApp nor on Booking.com. I forgot something important in the room and I've been trying to contact them since the day I left.
