Pros:

Its located on a elevated area in the heart of Kandy town surrounded by many other beautiful properties. I arrived late and Dilrukshi at the front dest was very helpful. Room was very cosy. Bathroom was clean. Everything worked well. Exceeded my expectations. I would say good value for money.

Perfect place for your stay in Kandy
Pros:

The best thing about the property is the staff are incredible who are always willing to ensure your needs are taken care. Pathum went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. I was working remote and he stepped up to ensure that the internet connectivity was perfect to taking meetings. I would recommend this place to anyone. Clean and spacious.

Cons:

There is no elevator but I did not mind climbing the stairs.

Great stay
Pros:

We really liked the location and facilties provided by Cassendra Hotel. Staff provided a really good service specially Imantha and Pathum. Food was delicious. We really liked our stay.

Had a great stay at Cassandra for July. The rooms were very comfortable and the stay was pleasent for us. Mr Imatha Pathun was very helpful with all our queries and went above and beyond to help us. Would highly recommend.

Myself and friends had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. It was well cleaned and tidy. The staffs were very much friendly and hosted us with warm welcome. A special appreciation to Dilrushy for her remarkable service and prompt response.

Nice hotel, just a little far do me
Pros:

Nice hotel at the very top of Kandy, I probably should have looked into the location more. It was a beautiful place to be but made Kandy really only reachable but Tuk Tuk, only a 15 minute walk to town but it is straight up and down a hill.

Belle chambre avec vue sur Kandy. Propre avec une grande douche et un grand lavabo. Les lits étaient propres et confortables. Le personnel, notamment Dilrukshi et Kasun, a été très accueillant et nous a bien conseillés lorsque nous avons eu des questions. La TV possède une grande variété de chaînes de télévision, notamment britannique et américain.

Cons:

Pensez à prendre des adaptateurs UK ou impériales car les chambres ne sont pas dotées de prises universelles.
Dommage que la TV ne possède pas youtube.

The stay was comfortable, staff were courteous, food was nice

The property was well maintained, clean and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were exactly the way they are shown on the photos.

Cons:

Though it was not much of a hassle for us, the property does not have a lift. Elderly people might find it difficult to climb the stairs.
