The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I checked in around midnight, and despite the late hour, they were waiting for me and gave me a very warm welcome. The food was also delicious and enjoyable.
Nada, muy mala experiencia.
La habitación estaba en el sótano del hotel había que salir del hotel para poder llegar, habían bichos en la habitación. Ruidosa como si no tuviera paredes. El servicio a la habitación pésimo. Después de tres horas preferí cambiarme a otro hotel. No es 4 estrellas, hay hoteles más baratos y bastante mejores. Pagué por absolutamente nada, ni disculpas dieron. La peor experiencia de Sri Lanka.
L’hôtel est situé dans les hauteurs de Kandy, au calme. Le personnel est adorable. La chambre était correcte et le petit déjeuner correct également.
Location and room.
They didn't provide driver accommodation even some of the rooms were empty no people. So i spend separately money for driver accommodation .

Very friendly and excellent service by the staff members, especially the service provided by Chameera, Dilrukshi and Piyumi has to be highlighted. The food and its presentation was excellent. Overall, it was a very nice stay at Cassendra hotel.

The location was awesome. Clean and good facilities. Things were exactly similar to what is shown in the pictures. Supportive staffs. Always responsive and helping with various matters. Specially Chameera was very approachable and helping out with various matters. Thanks everyone for Making this Stay nice.

Price ok.
Mould on the bedroom wall and bathroom ceiling. Location different from Booking.com map so further out of town than appears on the map. Add on breakfast expensive compared to other accommodation in the vacinity. No alcohol available in hotel. Did not address reported maintenance item (safe not working) during our stay. Would not provide ice when requested (9:45pm) Very steep road to access property.
Very big rooms with a beautiful view. The rooms are quiet, the bed was huge and the staff are especially kind and helpful. Thank you to Dilreekshi and Chameera for all their help and attentiveness.
