Valuebale for the price, if you dont mind location
Pros:

The location is very nice. Next to Ilsan City Hall and Ilsan Lake Park. Easy access for both all the bus and metro. We stayed their for Waterbomb 2026, very valuable.

Cons:

The building looks a bit strange, downstairs are some gym and karaoke.

I would recommend only if you will stay a very short stay
Pros:

Big TV, water kettle, there was a mini fridge.

Cons:

The room was not clean, bed sheets were stained. Mold in the bathroom.

Pros:

The room was clean and had adequate space for 2 people. The location was good with a train station and major bus stop close by. Had a large TV with youtube/netflix/Disney+ available. Cleaned our room daily.

Cons:

Not suitable for a long stay. No laundry services, not much space to hang clothes. The lobby is not able to call a taxi for you. Shower drain got clogged very easily. Only given one large towel most days even though we booked for 2 people.
