للأسف، لم تكن تجربتنا بالمستوى المتوقع من الفندق.

الإفطار كان محدود التنوع، كما أن بعض الأطباق التي يتم طلبها من قائمة الطعام كانت تستغرق وقتًا طويلًا جدًا للوصول. كذلك لاحظنا أن بعض أطباق التقديم لم تكن نظيفة، وكان هناك ذباب يحوم فوق بعض الأطعمة المكشوفة، وهو أمر غير مقبول من ناحية النظافة.

واجهنا أيضًا مشكلة في تكييف الجناح، إذ لم يكن يعمل بكفاءة، وعلى الرغم من إبلاغ الفندق بالمشكلة، لم يتم التعامل معها بالشكل المناسب، وأُبلغنا بأن أقل درجة حرارة يمكن ضبطها هي بين 23 و24 درجة مئوية.

أما أكثر ما أثار استياءنا، فهو العثور على بقع دم قديمة على المرتبة أسفل واقي المرتبة. ورغم إبلاغ الفندق بذلك، فإن طريقة التعامل مع هذه الملاحظة لم تكن بالمستوى الذي نتوقعه من فندق يحرص على راحة وسلامة نزلائه، وهو ما ترك لدينا انطباعًا سلبيًا عن التجربة بأكملها.

في المقابل، كانت نظافة الفندق بشكل عام جيدة، بما في ذلك اللوبي والغرفة، كما أن موقع الفندق وإطلالته كانا ممتازين ويُعدان من أبرز مميزاته. إلا أن هذه الإيجابيات لم تكن كافية لتعويض مستوى الخدمة وطريقة التعامل مع المشكلات التي واجهناها

Beautiful but make sure you are happy with the price

Location, history, style and sheer beauty. Reception staff good, concierge and parking guys brilliant

Cons:

It was very expensive and the service from waiting staff didn’t reflect the price. It felt like restaurants needed more people.
