We must advise we are 164 feet from the main road downtown, there's some potential for noise.
On Wednesdays & Fridays, White Monkey Surf Shop near us makes a party until 23.30. Will affect some rooms, specially our Mountain View suites on top floor. Sensitive guests can be affected, less sensitive wont be an issue.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The bed was comfortable. There was a water dispenser.
Sound from neighbouring place but expected and was only one night lasted only till 12am.
The location was perfect for us to walk everywhere and easy to get a gojek quickly when we needed to go further. It’s clean, not cluttered, decorated aesthetically. The housekeeping staff were so kind, we had all of our luggage left out once when they came into clean and didn’t have to worry about things being taken, they even organized our shoes and folded clothes that we had left on the bed. It felt very safe here.
We aren’t picky about a place as long as it’s clean. I can’t name anything we didn’t like.

Cars cannot go near the door plus there is a climb of stairs for your room

Very beautiful decoration, wonderful location, access to everything, clean room, very friendly and supportive staff. They also arranged my transportation to the airport. I loved everything about this place. Would definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Segredo. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. The location was excellent- close to great restaurants, cafés, and bars, while the hotel itself is quiet, peaceful and relaxing.
A special thank you to the manager Dimas. He was very helpful and genuinely cared about the guests' experience.
As someone who has stayed in many different accommodations across Bali, this was by far my favorite stay. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tesis tertemiz calisanlar muhtesem🌸 konumu o kadar guzel ki her yere 10 dakika. Merkezin icinde fakat sessiz cok rahat uyuyabilir keyif yapabilirsiniz. Konsept muhtesem zaten. Aciktiginizda yuruyerek en iyi restaurantlara ulasabilirsiniz. Uluwatuya gelsem yine segredo da kalirim♥️ guneslenme alanlari da mevcut ve cok rahat. Locatie is uitstekend. Alles op loopafstand, heel vlakbij. Zelfs een strandje. Alles super schoon. Mooie groene tuin en diep dompelbad. Fijne ligbedden. Lijkt op een Riad qua sfeer. Helemaal leuk.

Location is great. Manager is very thoughtful and responsive and easygoing. Very lovely outdoor areas with coconut trees. It is built on a slope, so mind the big stairs. The top room had too many stairs for me, but very spacious, and a lovely outdoor deck and occasional monkey apparently! Nice clean pool and aircon great. They do many things very nicely! Thank you for looking after us. Also zero mosquitos, which is great for Bali!!

The décor, furniture and overall ambience was so beautiful and made us feel like we were in paradise.
The staff were all so friendly, helpful and sweet.

We rented a scooter from the property itself and it was very well kept and at a great price.
The curtains in the room were not thick enough to block the light, we managed with eye masks we had.
The staff were friendly and the design is gorgeous. I stayed in the top floor with a large balcony.
No hot water in the shower. Minor issue because it’s so hot.
The traffic & nightclub noise was so loud I couldn’t sleep. When I requested to vacate after 1 night I was told the additional night would be refunded. It never was. Only stay here if you intend not to sleep & you intend to party all night,
So noisy it’s impossible to sleep. No refund when I vacated early due to the room being impossible to sleep in
