Snídaně neodpovídala 4* hotelu, monotónní, ani pečivo nebylo čerstvé, vše rozmrazováno, komplet bez parkingu, kde nám mimo jiné byl odřený vůz, lehátka údajně za 18€, ale ta byla údajně stále “rezervovaná”, takze pouze byla za 32€, pro cizince, Italové je mají levnější!

I wish I could give more score than 10 from 10 . The hotel is exceeded al expectations. Placed in the heart of Pescara, it offers wonderful view form the beautiful balcony. Room is huge, fashionable, stylish. Bathroom is gorgeous. Staff is super-kind and helpful. Breakfast is offered on the roof terrace which offers breathtaking view to the sea. If you are looking for romantic journey and stylish stay in the old historical hotel this is truly best place for you. Promise, I will be back <3

Stanza spaziosa e luminosa

Cons:

Struttura con ottimo potenziale ma ferma agli anni 80. Fatiscente e poco pulita. Moquette per terra e sui muri, poco pulita, bagno fatiscente.
Per essere un 4 stelle mi aspettavo più cura in generale

2 night trip.
Pros:

The hotel is in the centre and beside the beach. Staff were nice. Had breakfast one morning, it was nice. Served in the rooftop restaurant which had a stunning view.

Cons:

Very much in need of a revamp. Shower door was damaged. Just in general a dated hotel. Wouldn't stay here again pescara itself while a pretty town. Lots of trash everywhere

Ein sehr altes Haus mit vielen Mängeln. Wifi ist im ganzen Hause fast nie zu haben. Es gibt kein einziges TV Programm in Deutscher Sprache! Keine Balkone, alte Fenster und Türen, dadurch auch viel Lärm vom Vetkehr etc.

Would stay here again! Thank you team for a wonderful stay.
Pros:

The property was walking distance to main train station so super handy. It’s also located on the beach front so great bc or long morning walks. Easy to get around to coffee shops and dining options. The hotel is a throw back to the 60s late 70s so so it has a great vibe. Loved our view with the balcony to the ocean.

Cons:

The shower was the only draw back as it was low pressure and had to get into a bath tub to use shower. Other the. This everything else was spot on.

Iconic building in the heart of Pescara.
Pros:

An iconic building in perhaps the best location in Pescara, a little old fashioned and it may have seen better days (I believe Mussolini stayed there in its pomp!) but still undeniably charming. It has a parking garage and baths in the bathrooms too! Our view of the promenade was stunning, it is why we stay for a few days now and again.

Cons:

It is a little old fashioned so not to everybody’s taste but we find nothing to complain about.
