Decent, it's a place to stay 1 night.

The size of the unit, parking on premises, easy access to the unit.

Cons:

Water coming pretty dirty from the pipes; mattress and pillows pretty uncomfortable; metal entrance door, pretty noisy; neighborhood with a lot of traffic.

Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable. I liked the walk- in shower. Good location. Nice patio area. They had sun block and mosquitoes repellent available for guest.

Cons:

The stairs. We got the 3rd floor which was difficult to carry the luggage upstairs.

Clean, and acceptable to lay your head for a night but not a long stay.
Pros:

The AC was crisp and cool. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Walking in at midnight was off putting. The shower pressure was poor. It felt more like a hostel with a private bathroom. Very industrial.
