Pros:

立地が良く朝食が美味しい。
部屋は普通だけど清潔で良かった。

Cons:

施設の不手際ではないが、強風の為Wi-Fiの設備故障でWi-Fiが使えなかったのが不便だった。

Arguably the best location in Samarkand
Pros:

This hotel is a mere 10 minutes walk north of Registan Square. This is a perfect location not only for a visit to Registan, but also to the Bibi Mosque and the Shah-i-Zinda necropolis. If you are not familiar with Samarkand, each one of these 3 attractions is world class. Therefore, the Hanifa is arguably at the best possible location in the city. The hotel is clean and well kept. We slept well. The breakfast was special and a lot more elaborated than at your average hotel in a trip to Central Asia. We had a plate of fruit, a plate of vegetables and another of pastries, plus eggs, etc. Coffee is from the machine. The staff at the reception is GREAT.

Cons:

So why I'm not giving the Hanifa a perfect rating? Because the rooms are in the small side, bathroom smells can linger for a while, and there is really nothing to do at the hotel. Besides the breakfast room in the second floor, there are no common areas. After all, this is a very small hotel with just a handful of rooms. This wouldn't be an issue for most trips, but Samarkand in summer can be hot and having a selection of things to do when the family withdraws to the rooms at the time when the Sun hits hard matters. This is a structural issue that can't be fixed but it may not matter to most travelers and/or other seasons.

Really good service
Pros:

Overall a good experience. The service from Reception was excellent. Location is good. The breakfast is also really good.

Cons:

The building is relatively simple, nothing fancy. No air conditioning in reception, but the one in the room was working well .

特に日本人観光客にオススメです
Pros:

レギスタン広場から徒歩5分の立地。
観光の合間にいつでも休憩しに戻ってこれます。
近くに商店もあります（アルコールは販売無し）。
日本語が通じる安心感。

朝食が最高でした！ミルク粥美味しかったです。
ナッツやドライフルーツも美味しくて近くのバザールでお土産に買って帰りました。

またサマルカンドに行くことがあれば泊まりたいです！

Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt was lekker en als je op daguitstap gaat krijg je een lunchpakket mee. Locatie ligt op een steenworp van het Registanplein. Waardoor je de andere historische locaties te voet kan doen.

Cons:

Niks aan te merken. Enkel dat het bed aan de harde kant is.
