Puikūs pusryčiai, ruošia specialiai jums.
Super personalas. Padeda su viskuo. Pusryčių laiką keičiau 3 kartus - jiems tai nebuvo problema. Paruošė mums pusryčius 6:30, nors oficialiai pusryčiai nuo 8:00. Ačiū jums !

Pros:

Das Personal und insbesondere der Rezeptionist sind sehr sympathisch, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Durch ihre aufgeschlossene und liebevolle Art haben sie für ein familiäres Gefühl gesorgt, was wir in dieser Art noch in keinem Hotel erlebt haben.
Als sie bemerkt haben, dass wir uns vegetarisch ernähren, haben sie uns zum Frühstück pflanzliche Optionen serviert.
Auch als wir wegen eines Tagesausflugs das Hotel verlassen mussten, wurde uns das Frühstück in Form einer Lunchbox bereitgestellt.
Insbesondere als alleinreisende Frauen ist uns Sicherheit sehr wichtig. Diesem Aspekt ist das Gasthaus zu hundert Prozent gerecht geworden.
Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, Registan Square und gute Restaurants sind fußläufig gut erreichbar.
Insgesamt war es eine wundervolle Erfahrung, die wir auf unserer Weiterreise in anderen Hotels vermisst haben.

Beautiful place in a great location! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast was delicious, and the whole property was absolutely lovely. Our room had everything we needed, and the staff made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place!

絶対に失敗しない旅行にしてくれるホテル、です。
Pros:

レギスタン広場からほど近く、雰囲気の優れたホテルでした。日本語が話せるスタッフの方がおり、「おかえりなさい」「いってらっしゃい」「おはようございます」といった挨拶が嬉しいです。部屋もとても清潔です。次の日は早朝の便でしたが、お弁当も用意してくれました。部屋の清潔さと雰囲気、設備、スタッフのホスピタリティ、どれをとっても最高のホテルでした。

Pros:

スタッフの方が本当に親切で、もしかしたら日本のホテルの接客よりいいかもしれないです。
タクシーアプリの不具合で、不安になっていたときも、どういう状況か調べてくれたり代わりにタクシーを呼んでくれたり。
日本語もほとんど話せるので、すごく安心でした。

朝食のお部屋もかわいくて、すごくおいしいかったです。
鍵のキーホルダーもかわいくて、内装もとてもセンスがよかった。

レギスタン広場から徒歩10分くらいで、散歩に出るとすぐたどり着くので滞在中３度行きました。

Cons:

シャワーの水が洗面の床に漏れることくらいで、お部屋も清潔で快適でした。

Pros:

Great location between the Registan and Bibikhanum mosque. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable, with a very tasty plentiful breakfast. The best thing was the extremely helpful and attentive receptionist. Especially when we got scammed with our train tickets, he helped us book alternative transport to Tashkent. He also helped us with the Uzbek translation for cold medicine. Really recommend staying here.

We always stay at boutique hotels and this hotel was amazing. The woodwork was incredible, the staff were friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was delicious an varied.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

I thought the hotel was absolutely wonderful. It's close to Registan Square and many great restaurants. Asad on the front desk was so lovely and a credit to the hotel. It was clean, comfy and I would definitely come back to visit.

Cons:

Nothing, I would suggest mattress protectors, although the beds had new matresses.

Location is very nice, you can walk to so many places.
Most important the staff here very nice. There is a little mistake for my registration card, I fund that after I left hotel, I email to hotel team, they follow up this issue very qucik, and find the solution to help me.

Pros:

とにかく立地が良い。観光の合間に休憩に戻って来やすかったです。またスタッフさんも親切でフレンドリーなので旅で分からないことがあっても相談しやすいです。

Cons:

シャワールームの照明の色がブルー系なのが落ち着かなく感じましたが、長時間いる訳ではないので良しとします。
