Change either AC or tv.
Pros:

Staff were good and granted our request.

Cons:

Load AC sounds. You can’t hardly hear the tv coz it’s very close to the AC. No Netflix. Only cable channels

Pros:

Security was awesome but the rest of the staff rude but to be fair one of the front desk staff was sweet

Cons:

The free breakfast was ok but you get what thy have not what you want, there is no refrigerator in the room so I ask staff if ok to put a pop in there's, when I went to get my cold pop next day it was warm, thy did not store it in there refrigerator like I respectfully asked if ok, the lady that got my pop for me was very rude and also the person she was sitting with was very defensive and I was clearly a inconvenience to them, I had stay here before and everything was amazing but not sure what happened but this place is clearly downhill, there is so much more of my stay was very disappointing and I will never stay her again,
