Pontosan az volt, ami a képen szerepel. Csodálatos berendezés, mintha a középkorba csöppentem volna, egy lakosztályba. Nagyon szép, nagyon tiszta, kellemes illat mindenhol. Csodás kilátás, nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, központi helyen. A személyzet végtelenül kedves, mosolygós, udvarias. Nagyon jól tettem, hogy ezt a szállást választottam!

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und ideal, um Venedig zu Fuss zu erkunden. Unser Zimmer hatte einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Kanal mit vorbeifahrenden Gondeln und entsprach genau dem venezianischen Stil, den wir uns erhofft hatten. Der Hotelmanager war freundlich und bemüht, Lösungen zu finden.

Cons:

Kurz nach unserer Ankunft begann Wasser von der Decke unseres Zimmers zu tropfen, sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Da keine gleichwertige Suite verfügbar war, mussten wir für eine Nacht in eine niedrigere Zimmerkategorie umziehen und am nächsten Tag erneut wechseln, was mit erheblichem Aufwand verbunden war. Zusätzlich wurden Wasserflaschen, Duschmittel und Papiertücher teilweise nicht nachgefüllt und das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant entsprach nicht dem Qualitätsniveau, das wir bei diesem Preis erwartet hätten. (Lasagne aus der Mikrowelle)

Ansprechend renoviertes Hotel in guter Lage.

Cons:

700 € für ein schlichtes Zimmer mit Blick auf einen Schrotthaufen. Erst nach umständlicher Reklamation konnte die zweite Nacht das gebuchte Zimmer mit Blick auf einen schönen Kanal bezogen werden.

Great stay very good location and made life a lot easier for us walking around Venice
Pros:

The location is very central and very close to the Bridge of Sighs. Staff are very helpful and 10 minutes walk to St Marks Square. We got a water TAXI from the airport to the Hotel and it was worth the money. Breakfast was good and food and drink quality very good. I would have no problem in staying here again.
