Cons:

La piscina NO está disponible y no lo dicen. La recepcionista que nos recibió muy muy corta de palabra. Nos entregaron una habitación con baño malo y nos tocó pedir cambio.

I slept well every night. I enjoyed the pool and the rooftop view.
Pros:

Very clean rooms. Great and friendly staff.

Cons:

No issues except the aggressive taxi drivers that wait outside the hotel. Sometimes I just wanted to walk to the store without being asked for a taxi.

No respetan la reserva de booking

Nada me suspendieron la reserva a último momento

Booking me reporto un problema con mi tarjeta y que tenía una hora para solucionar , llamé inmediatamente, pero me dijeron que mi reserva no existía , que ni siquiera figuraba entre las canceladas , y no que había ninguna opción de ayudarme dándome alguna habitación por que estaban lleno, por ser temporada alta estaban a full. Les pedí algún número de WhatsApp para enviar mi comprobante no me dieron y dijeron que no me podían ayudar aunque tuviera mi comprobante por que mi reserva no existía . Le mencioné que me habían escrito mediante el portal de booking el día anterior para confirmar mi hora de llegada que yo les había respondido confirmando pero nada les importó porque ya estaban llenos . Y yo me quedé sin hotel a una hora de llegar a la ciudad .
