Pros:

Rozhodně umístění, možnost parkování. A i když jsem s paní nehovořila telefonicky, jen SMS, tak byla naprosto úžasná, velice milá a vstřícná. Dovolila nám parkovat obě auta až do druhého dne do pozdních hodin a ještě mohl bratr přespat do druhého dne, měla naštěstí volno.

Cons:

Jediné, v čem bych přitvrdila, jsou matrace :)
Byli jsme krapet rozlámaní 😁

Komfortowy apartament w dobrej lokalizacji
Pros:

Bardzo czysty.
Duże, wygodne łóżko.
Dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny.
Cicho, nawet przy otwartych oknach.

Cons:

Na zdjęciach inny budynek.
Brak wieszaków w szafie.
Niezbyt duży pokój z aneksem.
Brak zasłonki w oknie w łazience.
Mały parking pod budynkiem (przy większym obłożeniu obiektu nie dla wszystkich starczy miejsc).

Pros:

Vše naprosto skvělé. Od komunikace přes vyzvednutí klíče až po odjezd,. Ocenili jsme možnost zaparkovat motorky ve vjezdu k domu (Modrý dům).

Alles war wie vereinbart.
Ein schönes, sauberes und warmes Zimmer.
Eine wunderschöne Terrasse.

Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher waren vorhanden.
Viel Platz. Allerdings fühlte es sich nicht wie Urlaub an, da es im Zimmer keinen Herd zum Kochen gab.

10 Gehminuten vom Schloss entfernt.

Cons:

Wir parkten das Auto 200 Meter von unserer Wohnung entfernt. Es schien, als hätten wir für Parkplätze in der Nähe unserer Wohnung bezahlt.

Als wir am nächsten Morgen zwischen 9 und 10 Uhr das Auto abholen wollten, verteilte der örtliche Parkservice Strafzettel an alle.

Ich sprach mit dem Mitarbeiter und erklärte ihm alles, sodass wir die Strafe vermeiden konnten.
Aber vielleicht hätten wir uns nicht getroffen.
Es wäre ratsam, wenn der Vermieter seinen Mietern eine Art Bestätigung für die Windschutzscheibe aushändigt, dass sie eine Wohnung in der Nähe mieten und berechtigt sind, in der Karlsteinstraße 98 zu parken.

Pros:

Ubytování bylo naprosto dokonalé, komunikace s majiteli perfektní. Všechno bylo moderně vybavené, krásně čisté a velmi příjemné. Lokalita je výborná, kousek od vlaku a zároveň kousek od hradu. I když jsme přijeli pozdě v noci, majitelka nám předala instrukce a vše proběhlo skvěle. Děkujeme moc.

Komunikace s hostitelem super, systém ubytování také.
Pros:

Lokalita. Moderní, čistý apartmán, při pozdějším příjezdu možnost využít zakoupení vína. Také se nám líbilo, že v apartmánu byla dispozici sůl, cukr, káva, čaj.

Cons:

Líbilo se nám všechno, co bylo k dispozici, zejména víno, které je za poplatek v apartmánu. Možná by bylo dobré doplnit kuchyňský kout mikrovlnnou troubou.
