L'emplacement, le personnel
Vers 5h du matin, toutes les lumières ce sont allumées dans la chambre, la clim s'est coupée, pareil dans toutes les chambres. Cela a fini par revenir à la normale au bout de 15min. Aucunes explications de l'hôtel ni geste, cela nous a fait passer une nuit très moyenne.
We loved our stay in Hotel Trinacria a lot! The hotel is perfectly situated to discover Palermo on foot and yet it is very quiet. We quite liked the interior design of hotel and room, breakfast was perfectly fine - but what made our stay memorable was the staff. The receptionists as well as - especially - the signore who took care of us during breakfast were amazingly welcoming and funny and gentle and made sure we had the perfect start every day! Thank you all a lot!
Our room was a bit dark which didn’t really bother us.

Dobrze by było oznakować znakiem nakazu, w którą stronę należy wyjeżdżać z parkingu, łatwo pojechać pod prąd zwłaszcza jak się nie zna miasta.

Le personnel est très professionnel et compétent,bravo aux personnes qui s'occupent du petit déjeuner c'était délicieux et personnes très agréables.
La déco de l hôtel est typique italienne et c'est un très bon point!.

Proprio come l'ultima volta che ho soggiornato all'Hotel Trinacria nel 2024, ho trovato il Trinacria molto confortevole, pulito, con un'ottima posizione e una colazione eccellente, e tutto il personale è stato molto cordiale, guidato dalla gentilissima Silvia.

Perfect location in the center of Palermo, very close to the pedestrian Historic center, but not actually in the center so you can easily access by car and they have an on-site parking garage, which is very convenient for your rental car. Property is spacious and beautifully designed, lobby, Public, Halls, and terraces the breakfast buffet is excellent and in a beautiful setting.
The room was only average in size and quality, the shuttered windows (because of the hot sun)?made us feel closed in. The roommates itself is the least special part of this hotel experience. Thankfully, the lobby hallway is Terrace‘s breakfast room and parking garage are all positive.
