A great place to stay
Pros:

Palacete Severo is a beautifully restored mansion. The atmosphere and original features have been very well preserved. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was exceptional. They made a genuine effort to make the stay of their guests special. The pool is beautiful with plenty of sunbeds for the guests. The food was excellent. The Spa and gym are small but of high quality. This is not located downtown but it is easy to get around with a taxi or Uber. Occasional noise from a nearby building site while sitting at the pool, but not disruptive and some noise is inevitable when staying in the city. We will definitely return.

Beautiful property and stay, but still working out some kinks.
Pros:

Breakfast and shower, bedding, pool were all superb

Cons:

Pillows left me uncomfortable, even after requesting a different one it didn’t help. For such a luxurious stay I would expect more options - firmer and less thick would be ideal.
It also would have been nice if the fridge kept our items cold and if they had bars of soap, or something with exfoliation.

Relaxing hotel with a great pool area

Cons:

Proactivity of staff very lacking. Everything was slow. Breakfast takes an eternity and was average for such an acclaimed kitchen

Truly wonderful in every way. We had 7 perfect nights, everything 10/10, the staff were delightful.
Pros:

Palacate Severo was fabulous. The room was luxurious, the restaurant, breakfast, pool, all perfect. The staff were especially good, so friendly, helpful and full of joy!

Cons:

AC was a bit noisy at night.

Pros:
