Palacete Severo

Our stay at Palacete Severo was exceptional from start to finish. This truly feels like a five-star experience, with kind and attentive staff (who all spoke excellent English) and made us feel genuinely welcome.

The rooms are absolutely stunning, and the grounds offer a rare sense of privacy and calm—especially impressive given the hotel’s location in the heart of a bustling city.

Breakfast, which was included in our stay, was a highlight: fresh fruit, delicious pastries, preserves, and butter—all thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. We ate at Eon and it was delightful!

The saltwater pool was another standout—perfectly warm, incredibly refreshing, and free from the harsh chemical feel you often get elsewhere. Paired with comfortable poolside seating, it made for a very relaxing experience.

It’s stunning and the staff is excellent. Worth the price.

Very well appointed boutiqe hotel with exceptional staff. The rooms are to a high standard, as are the main parts of the hotel. It is nice to have a few restaurant options...breakfasts were slow but good and the tasting menu for dinner was outstanding!

Le personnel d’une gentillesse et disponibilité incroyable. La beauté de l’établissement, la piscine chauffée à l’eau salée très agréable. Un confort optimal. De la direction au personnel toutes les personnes étaient souriantes et chaleureuses.

Everything! The staff was extremely attentive, without being intrusive. They were friendly, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel was impeccably restored and beautifully appointed. The outdoor grounds and pool were gorgeous with extreme amount of privacy. The breakfast was outstanding!! I can’t say enough about this property and its staff. A real intimate boutique hotel.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a charming and lush garden that creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the pool with warm water, perfect for unwinding at any time of day.
What really made this place special, though, was the staff. They were exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their hospitality made my stay completely stress-free and enjoyable.
Overall, this hotel provided me with a truly comfortable and carefree experience. Without a doubt, it is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place to stay.
