Pros:

The hotel is vary clean, comfortable and quiet. The pool is great and pool bar was excellent and with reasonable prices.

Cons:

There is some obsession with towels... if you take in the morning, you can not take new ones in the afternoon...

Pros:

Everything was excellent and I think best value for money.
Special thanks to fantastic staff. We arrived early in the morning and the staff was so pleasant that they even let us have breakfast even though we were not entitled to. The breakfast itself was delicious with lots of varieties of fresh and tasty products every day.
The room was very clean and tidied up every day, except Sunday. Bathroom was quite big and also very clean.
Location was also perfect with very short walking distance to Pantachou Beach and slightly more to Glyki Nero Beach, from where you can also hike alongside the shore to Turquoise Lagoon and Bridge of Love (500-600m). 15 min walking distance from hotel to Ayia Napa Harbour from where you can take boat tours.

Cons:

The pool was a bit smaller than expected, however very clean and with a fantastic ambience with beautiful trees. As of midday the water in the pool was becoming too warm but still OK for an extra-hot daytime of Cyprus.

אהבתי הכל. מלון נעים,די משופץ,חדרים גדולים ונוחים. מיקום מצוין, רבע שעה הליכה ממרכז השוקם,ומצד שני מלון נמצא במקום שקט. תשימו לב למי שמזמין ארוחת ערב: זה לא בופה,אלא מנות במסעדת המלון(אוכל טעים)

היה ריח לא נעים באזור הבריכה בכל הימים של החופשה שלנו(של מים מהביוב).

Glad to have chosen this hotel
Pros:

An excellent hotel, especially for families. The location is perfect, close to the center of Ayia Napa, yet in a peaceful area where you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay. The beach is only a couple of minutes' walk away.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Everything was spotless, the service was outstanding, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Ayia Napa. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Just a few minor suggestions that didn't affect our overall experience, but could make the stay even more comfortable.
It would be great to have a better-equipped kitchen with a wider selection of utensils, including a bottle opener. A dish drying rack would also be a useful addition for guests who prefer to wash a few plates and cutlery by hand instead of using the dishwasher every time.
It would also be more convenient if the swimming pool opened a bit earlier, from 9:00 AM, and remained accessible until at least 8:00 PM.
Other than that, I honestly can't think of anything else. We had a wonderful stay!

Great place for vacation for a family with small children.
Pros:

The facilities were renovated, clean and the staff were very friendly. We were with two small children and they were helped us in every way so we and the kids were comfortable.
