Bra läge. Ha inte för stora förväntningar på restaurangen.
Pros:

Bra läge. Möjlighet att bo många. Nära till naturen och havet.

Cons:

Tog över ett boende som inte var avsynat innan vi anlände.
För lite textilier som kunde ta upp ljudet, blev väldigt mycket eko i huset.

Pros:

Fin beliggenhet, romslig og velutstyrt leilighet, stille og rolig område med fin natur rundt.

Cons:

Vi mislikte ikke noe, men savnet en gardin til å trekke ned/for på verandadøren, både mot sol og innsyn spesielt kveld og natt.

En närmast toppenvistelse.
Pros:

Fräscht hus med alla nödvändig utrustning. Perfekt lokaliserad invid stranden mot Kalmarsund.
Visserligen såg vi inte till någon personal - något "out of season" - men vi var väl informerade och allt flöt helt perfekt.

Cons:

Det enda tveksamma var väl att skyltningen till receptionen för nyckelavhämtning var något diskret. Men fungerade bra efter att vi frågat oss fram. Denna notering egentligen endast för att fylla i rutan.

Et dejligt sted at bo, men der er plads til forbedringer vedr. kommunikation og rengøring.
Pros:

Dejligt med et overnatningssted med hunde tilladt - og så ovenikøbet med en god beliggenhed. Fin lejlighed.

Cons:

Der var ingen personer i receptionen ved ankomst, selv om vi kom kl. 15.15. Det var heller ikke muligt at få fat i nogen på telefon. Vi skrev til Store Frögården i appen og fik derefter svar.
Vi havde ikke fået en kode til nøgleboksen dagen før ankomst, på trods af at vi havde skrevet, at vi formodentlig ankom sent.
Der var ikke helt så rent som ønsket.
Ved bookingen ville vi gerne have været orienteret om, at lejligheden lå på første sal.

Godt med enkelte minusser.
Pros:

Beliggenhed direkte ved vandet med solnedgang. Hyggeligt område. Stille udenfor sæsonen. Masser af natur og historiske vartegn i området. Pæn og ren moderne lejlighed med gode senge.

Cons:

Restaurant lukket. Intet personale. Der stod en fyldt opvaskemaskine da vi ankom, som vi så måtte bruge tid på at tømme. Billader kræver særligt brik og en forudbetalt konto, så vi kunne ikke bruge den. Manglende oplysning om kode til nøgleboks gav en stresset ankomst.

Pros:

Lage direkt am Meer. Großes, gut ausgestattetes Haus.

Cons:

Kommunikation während des Aufenthaltes war nicht existent. Keine Email-Anfrage wurde beantwortet und wir haben auch den Zugansgcode zur Schlüsselbox nicht vorab erhalten. Wir haben bis zur Abreise nicht erfahren, wir wir die Bettsachen und Handtücher nun vor Ort zahlen sollen, wenn die Rezeption dauerhaft unbesetzt ist. Ein gewisser Service auch ausserhalb der Hauptsaison sollte möglich sein, so lange man noch die Ferienhäuser vermietet.

Sehr gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage an sehr schöner Lage. Direkt am Kalmarsund und ruhig gelegen. Wunderschöner Sonnenuntergang. Vor Ort kann man direkt ins Wasser.
Appartement war top und mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Restaurant direkt in der Anlage empfehlenswert.
