Un séjour très agréable dans un hôtel familial qui prend soin de ses hôtes.
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l’accueil chaleureux et attentif dans cet hôtel familial, tout le personnel était très sympathique : leur gentillesse et leur bonne humeur étaient communicatives à tous les résidents. Les repas étaient délicieux et incroyablement généreux. La situation de l’hôtel, à deux pas de la plage, est idéale. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Esperienza super positiva. Hotel in ottima posizione, a 15 minuti dal Parco di Mirabilandia, a 5 minuti da Cercia. Proprietari gentilissimi e staff professionale.

Rip-off, not 4* hotel
Pros:

We got completely ripped off, our room is normally €400, we were charged €800 by booking.com same story with our second room, should have been €180 but we were charged €400. The hotel is not 4 star, not front row to the beach, view is actually a run down back garden, distant sea views. The suite room isn't a suite room, it's a normal room with a small partition in it. Balcony had enough room for 1x sun lounger, breakfast room looked like something from Benidorm 18-30s holiday. Nice cheap hotel that booking.com charged me €1,400 a night for. I've put in a complaint and if I don't get 50% refunded in going to pursue this in court if necessary

Pros:

Дуже хороший готель для відпочинку. Особливо б відзначив кухню. Ми брали сніданки і вечері. Було дуже смачно. На вечерю був загальний буфет з овочів та солодкого та 3 страви на вибір з меню, яке подавали зранку. Все було вишукано та бездоганно. (можливо цим і аргументується трохи вища ціна порівняно з іншими готелями в цьому місці, але той хто не бере вечері цього не оцінить). Готель в основному орієнтований на туристів з Італії (було дуже багато постійних, особливо у вихідні) , але іноземці також є. Багато сімей з маленькими дітьми та собаками. Власники постійно присутні, можливо навіть проживають в готелі, це безсумнівно впливає на рівень обслуговування в готелі.

Cons:

Не докінця зрозумів, чому басейн біля готелю в обід, практично 3 години не працює. Думав, що це щось місцеве, але в інших готелях все функціювало. Трохи не зручно, але не критично.
Також відзначив б достатньо дороге паркування на території готелю. На моє запитання - отримав відвовідь, що тут все паркування таке дороге. Це насправді неправда. За 7 хвилин від готелю запаркував авто абсолютно безкоштовно, де воно і знаходилось протягом перебування в готелі. Але кожному своє.

Hotel elegante e accogliente
Pros:

Posizione ottima.Arredi di qualità ,materasso bello. Giovedì serata romagnola stupenda con musica live e buon cibo.
Tanti piccoli particolari che fanno la differenza, come lo stendibiancheria sul balcone, doppi cuscini, buio completo abbassando le tapparelle.
Cibo abbondante e molto buono. Per colazione ampia scelta ,super . Temperatura della piscina ottima.
Personale eccezionale.

Cons:

Doccia poco regolabile e poca pressione d'acqua, comunque accettabile, phon scarso. Non apprezzo sapone e shampoo in contenitori ricaricabili. Stanza piccola per 4 persone. Poco isolamento acustico .
Zona pranzo vicino ai cani e bimbi urlanti, ho chiesto cambio tavolo
Parcheggio a pagamento.

Soggiorno piacevole di gruppo
Pros:

Struttura ben organizzata, personale molto gentile e stanze pulite. Già dall’arrivo ci siamo sentite “come a casa”.
Colazione abbondante e host notturno molto gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno anche aiutato a scarica i bagagli!
