Pros:

Hotel poco distante dal centro turistico di Heraklion (10 Min a piedi). Stanza molto grande, curata, molto pulita e con una bella doccia. Staff eccezionale e super disponibile per consigli circa il nostro itinerario. La colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo, costa 7 euro a persona ma ne vale la pena (molto buona, varia e illimitata).

Cons:

L' hotel non ha un parcheggio riservato e in alcune ore del giorno trovare parcheggio può non essere immediato poiché la strada sottostante è molto trafficata. Dopo cena c'è più possibilità per parcheggiare in strada gratuitamente.
Inoltre non essendo proprio in centro, al ritorno bisogna attraversare delle stradine un po' buie.
Comunque consigliato visto il prezzo e i restanti servizi !

Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön, die Betten waren bequem und man konnte gut zu Fuß ins Zentrum laufen.

Cons:

Leider hört man den Straßenlärm ziemlich im Zimmer. Ohrstöpsel waren nötig zum Schlafen.

Pros:

Sind mitten in der Nacht angekommen. Deshalb war die 24h Rezeption sehr hilfreich. Zimmer sauber, freundliches Personal. Zum Busbahnhof sind es nur 10 Gebminuten..

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Straße. Verkehrslärm auch in der Nacht.
Das Frühstück ohne jede Änderung oder Abwechslung.

Un due stelle che merita anche la terza
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, 5minuti a piedi dal porto.
Reception aperta h24.
Camera ristrutturate di recente, arredamento moderno e funzionale, ha tutto il necessario, anche di più.

Cons:

Le camera risultano poco insonorizzate, colpa anche della vicinanza di una strada molto trafficata a tutte le ore.

Convenient for airport
Pros:

Clean and tidy hotel, a short distance by either taxi or bus from the aiport. We only had a brief overnight stay, but were comfortable and the price was reasonable.

Cons:

A kettle would have been great.

Budget place for one nite
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Free parking on public street. Mcdonalds walking distance (24 hrs drive thru). Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Bad smell in room the minute we walked in. Floor drain in bathroom...have experienced this in other old cities but most hotels keep fresheners or pour cleaners prior to room occupants. It smelled all night. Noisy back alley and no sound proofing (could hear other guests talking). Old building so room was small (couldn't open a large suitcase without putting it on a bed).

Extremely disappointed
Cons:

I was extremely disappointed in our stay. The photos online were not what our room ended up looking like. Our bedsheets were stained and there were bugs. It was a very tiny room and very outdated. The bathroom was very small to the point where we could only put both our toothbrushes in there and nothing else. We stayed in room 113 and outside led to an alleyway rather than a balcony. We ended up checking out early because it just wasn’t worth staying our full stay. The staff were indifferent and were not welcoming. Lastly, when we arrived in the evening, the entrance door was wide open, and we realized there was no security code and no receptionist at the desk. This was extremely unnerving, considering anyone could then just walk in. I do not recommend staying here as there were other places much nicer for the same price.
