Pros:

The place is worst, the staff is worst, place is shit. I never recommend for this place to anybody. This is unhygienic Place in the world. I did not like at all.

Cons:

They didn't even bother to help us and wasn't even sorry
I didn't got any room after traveling from so long .
Don't visit there even after booking , you will be eventually told that they don't have any room available

Someone, likely Booking.com, blew it. Worse situation I have ever faced in traveling to over 30 countries! 🤮

Booking.com sent me a confirmation on my booking. When I arrived,I was told that they don’t allow foreigners to stay at Parel. The fact I had a confirmed booking meant nothing to them so at 1 a.m. in the morning I was turned away out onto the street. Fortunately I wasn’t mugged at that hour!

Not a good option for staying for a single day even.
Pros:

No breakfast served, room was too small. Bad smell always in the room and wash room. No regular cleaning or complementary soap, hand wash etc.

Cons:

Room is too small and bad odor always. No ventilation even.

on arriving the told us you do not have any booking and hotel is closed for renovation i am traveling with a cancer patient and they just ignored this serious issue.
