Personal ist sehr nett, und wenn es mal fertig ist, kann es sein das es ein schönes Hotel wird. Doch im moment, Gibt es
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Garten und Eingangsbereich werden gerade frisch renoviert

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Dadurch das wir das Bett selber beziehen mussten, haben wir Schweißflecken auf der Matratze sowie an der Bettdecke gefunden. Das Zimmer an sich, wurden mal kurz durch gesaugt.

Das Bad war am schlimmsten, Schimmel an der Decke.
Haare vom Vorgänger.
Toilette hätte auch mal eine Reinigung gebracht. Staub auf dem Boden.
Die Dusche hatte auch Haare von dem Vorgänger gehabt.

May be Ok for one night if you don't have another options
Pros:

We chose this hotel because we needed to be in this part of the town, it was OK. There was a very loud party in the restaгrant, but we were given the room in another building where it was enough quiet.

Cons:

The room is tiny, bathroom needs renovation, no curtains for blackout. We heard sounds from other rooms.

Не вводите в заблуждение гостей и улучшите номерной фонд обыкновенным ремонтом хотя бы

Снаружи приличный, большой

Cons:

Когда заселялись, был юбилей у каких то гостей, музыка и шум до 24.00, со всех сторон, при бронировании этой информации не было, ужасная от слова совсем отсутствует шумоизоляция, нет косметических средств в ванной, фена
Хозяйка очень недружелюбна, на сайте указана цена за завтрак 4 евро , она говорит 5 евро, не соответствует соотношению цены и качества

В общем все отлично

Очень удобно. Всё на месте. Всё горячее (с пылу,с жару)

Cons:

Чтобы в любое время суток можно было бы заселиться в гостинице (во всем Вильнюсе эта проблема существует)
