Personalet ble synlig irriterte ved enkle spørsmål.
Bassenget var utrolig strengt. En idiotisk regel med badehettepåbud som åpenbart var for å tjene penger på badehettene. Utrolig dårlig og dyr frokost. På tutankhsmon tok de covercharge på 3 euro per person for å sitte ved bordet og 3 euro pr. ingridients utover en allerede dyr mat. Og denne maten var ikke bra. Det var et nytt nivå i min bok. Heldigvis fant vi et fantastisk spisested like ved. (Selv om personalet sa vi måtte ta taxi til Peschiera for å finne et alternativ) Vaskepersonalet kjeftet opp min sønn da han kom inn på sitt eget rom fordi hun ikke var ferdig å vaske. Som et hotell for barn var det nesten ingen aktiviteter som ikke var noe man måtte putte penger på for å bruke. Hele stedet var dårlig smak og en ripoff.

I want stay again got no sleep

Cons:

Got no sleep people in the rooms next door partying until very late. People next door using our table and chairs out side our room it was horrendous. No English channels on TV. Most questions I asked reception the answer was I don’t know. Took 2 days to get more hangers and pillows I had to ask 3 times over 2 days. We were on the ground floor the screaming and parting next door was outrageous.

Absolut schlechtes, katastrophales Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.
220€ im DZ ohne Frühstück ist es auf garkeinen Fall wert. Alles was man an der Bar kaufen kann extrem überteuert

Cons:

Il parcheggio a pagamento (fissa standard 12 euro per tre giorni, peccato che io ho soggiornato solo una notte e ho pagato 12 euro comunque) e la colazione dovrebbe essere inclusa nel soggiorno o per lo meno un prezzo accessibile non 20 euro a persona

מיקום מעולה למי שמגיע לפארק, יש שאטל בחינם למרות שאנחנו העדפנו לנסוע עם הרכב. לא לקחנו ארוחות במלון ויש סופר בקרבת מקום.

Tolles Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut. Das Essen war ausreichend. Sauberkeit Top. Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Restaurant, Buffet am Abend war mir zu Teuer. 63 Euro für mich und mein Sohn. Für das wasmir gegessen haben war es zu viel. Jedoch für andere nicht. 😊

Pros:

room was good with the kid, breakfast was good, the pool was great, the shuttle service worked really well, and never had to wait too long for it and delivered us to the resort and to the park when we needed.

Cons:

they charged for pool towels, the hotel is bit old, some things didn't work, there's a lot of music and noise all the time in the lobby, in general, I had a feeling they charge for too many things - like parking

I would be happy to pay 50 euros more, and not pay for towels at the pool and pay for parking and so on.
