Very modern place and super convenient. 1 block away from the Q90 bus that goes straight to LGA.

Rude front desk clerk who refused to give me her name
Cons:

Charging a $20 late checkout fee for only being there for 11 hours total. Even though the previous front desk clerk specifically told me that Id have until 12pm checkout at no charge. But anything after 12pm would be $20. I checked out at 11:45am.
They need to train their employees so they dont give false information.
