Good location and the roof was great
Shower was a little dirty
The property itself was fine, and the hotel room was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, my experience with the employee who handled my checkout completely changed my overall impression of the stay. That particular employee was extremely disrespectful, impatient, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. I also felt there was dishonesty in the way the situation was handled, which made the experience even more frustrating. Hospitality starts with customer service, and sadly, this employee showed none. Management should seriously address the behavior and professionalism of the staff handling guest checkouts.
What I did not like about the property was the behavior and professionalism of the employee handling the checkout process. The hotel room and property itself were fine, but that specific staff member was disrespectful, impatient, rude in tone, and came across as dishonest during the interaction. Instead of trying to assist or communicate professionally, the employee created unnecessary tension and made the checkout experience uncomfortable and frustrating. A hotel’s customer service is a major part of the overall experience, and unfortunately this particular employee reflected very poorly on the property.
