DO NOT RENT!!! This apartment does not exist.
Pros:

This hotel is a HOAX! It does not exist, and it was a "sponsored" hotel. We made our reservation, and when our daughter showed up at the address on the site, nothing was there. They were just trying to spoof us to take our money. Then we had to find her an alternative hotel on the spot on a crowded Rome holiday weekend. DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT!!!

Estafa total.. decía departamento en Roma y la dirección no existe.. nunca me contestaron los msj ni las llamadas!
Pros:

No encontré la propiedad e intenté comunicarme y el teléfono de contacto no existía. En la publicación decía q era en un dpto céntrico en Roma cerca del coliseo y no existe el lugar. Desp me mandaron confirmación de reserva como q era en Florencia y la foto del alojamiento cambió. Nunca me contestaron los msj enviados vía booking ni contestaron el tel. Me dejaron varada en Roma.. nunca mas !!!

No pude encontrarla .. me estafaron

Una Vista alucinante
Pros:

Es precioso, pero considerando que se desea disfrutar del lugar y descansar, no para recorrer la ciudad, está alejado.El restorante, buenísimo y personal simpático y amable .

Die Aussicht vom Hotel aus. Die Zimmer waren farblich schön abgestimmt.

Cons:

Das Restauranr war für uns nicht zufriedenstellend. Der Kellner mit seinef Art und Weise wie er seine Arbeit erledigte, war für uns sehr unfreundlich/ zornig, hastig einfach nicht wohlfühlend. Es war sehr erzwungen und es ging mehr um.den Umsatz.als um den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen.

Würde das Hotel wieder wählen.
Pros:

Schöne Aussicht auf Gegend von Stadt Florenz. Grosses Zimmer. Praktisch, dass im Untergeschoss ein Restaurant war.

Cons:

Leicht störend war Nähe zu Autobahn. Schade, dass Elektro-Ladestation nicht bedienbar war.

A very good stay away from the world!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The panorama is amazing, offering beautiful views. There is also a very good restaurant just 10 metres away, which I would highly recommend.

Cons:

Breakfast was acceptable. However, if there had been a nearby alternative, I would have chosen to go elsewhere. Unfortunately, the location is quite isolated, so you should to drive before finding another place to eat.
