Pleasant stay Quebec City
Pros:

Excellent location, easy walking to most attractions.

Cons:

The hotel needs some updating. The keys to room doesn’t work well, toilet doesn’t flush well, too little water flow. Also there is a big sticky stain on carpet that needs to be shampooed.

They clean the room every two days…on vacation I really want - for a change - someone to tide up my room, replace the towels, coffee …like I had experienced in every other hotel I stayed at. If this is the new trend for hotels I would much rather to stay in a VRBO and do everything myself: as usual!!!

Good place to stay in Old Quebec.
Pros:

It’s in a very good location, right in Old Quebec. They accept dogs. We brought our German shepherd with us and he was very welcome. They had bowls ready for him in the room.

Cons:

All good. No bad experience.

Warm and friendly, perfectly situated, actual glasses in our room, not plastic cups, comfortable bed and reasonably priced breakfast

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our many requests. The breakfast was good enough, with the beans elevating the meal. I would have prefered plain yogurt instead of vanilla, but that's being picky.

Great location, hotel good value but room had a couple of irritation’s that need to be resolved
Pros:

Great location to explore the Old Town

Cons:

Room 49 had a horrific shower that couldn’t be switched off and the Air Conditioning unit was like a train going thru the room
