The best place we stayed in Uzbekistan! We were offered a larger room when we checked in, which was appreciated. The staff were very friendly and checked we had everything we needed during our stay. Bathroom was spacious with plenty of hot water. There's a water dispenser in reception so we could fill up our bottles before venturing out for the day. The hotel is very close to all the major sites. Special shout out to the adorable kitten Jackie who gave us lots of cuddles. The owners/managers even invited us to join in for lunch time plov, which was delicious. Thanks for a great stay!
The bedroom could do with wider curtains to block out the light and provide a bit more privacy.
The location is great, not inside the old town, but very close and quite. We could enjoy early morning walk around the old town before tourists arrive.
Das Personal war besonders hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man wurde direkt als Freund aufgenommen.
Das Hotel hat meiner Meinung einen großen Vorteil, es ist zum einen mit dem Auto erreichen und zum anderen liegt direkt an der Altstadt.
Somit perfekt für Reisende die mit einem eigenen Wagen anreisen.
This place is a treasure hidden behind very old, antique doors in the middle of Bukhara's old city. It has an atmosphere, culture, hospitality, great service, beautiful night lighting, and breakfast made just like you are at home. We loved staying there even though it was a very short stay. But whenever we are back, we will surely make this hotel our place to stay again.

You could hear people in the room above and next door so could use a little sound-proofing.

The staff were wonderful, informed, friendly and always willing to help. The location super close to the old city and sights and the quality of the hotel, architectural design excellent. Loved the comfy beds and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.
