Please note that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they will need to submit a signed release form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request.
Only temporally reservations are allowed, not short stays. The house is not rented for tourist purposes, since they are temporary rentals. Please note that this property IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT. Tenants must sing a temporary rental agreement upon arrival. This contract respect in all its clauses the conditions of your Booking reservation.
Please note that for reservations lasting more than 28 days, electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the rent, the bill amount will be borne by the guest.
The entrance is on Saturnino Morán Street, but the apartment is accessed via Sepúlveda Street.
Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

NADA QUE RESALTAR

Cons:

Es un zulo, que imagino que antes era un bajo comercial, pie de calle, puerta al exterior estilo escaparate por la que entra la única luz, dividida con pladur por el que puedes convivir con otros zulos, parece que que lo hicieron entre 2 amigos con un tutorial de YouTube. Piezas sueltas y un sofá en el que me gustaría que se sentara el dueño.
Por no hablar de la sensación de inseguridad de dejar las cosas en ese sitio y salir.
Para colmo te hacen pagar una fianza de 300 euros cuando el valor total de lo que hay dentro dudo que llegue a ellos.
Te piden datos personales a través de insistentes correos para poder hacer ellos check in
Todo esto por el módico precio de 150 euros la noche.
Creo que booking debería revisar mejor los sitios que publicita.
Por cierto, sigo sin mi dinero de la fianza.

Pros:

Ubicado muy cerca del metro. A poca distancia de lugares para comer.

Cons:

La habitación daba directamente a la calle, el barrio parecía poco recomendable. Los clientes de la discoteca cerca son ruidosos. El desagüe de la ducha necesita una revisión.
Hay olor a humedad en el dpto.

Pros:

Nada, humedades por todos lados, un olor terrible!

Cons:

El ruido, está a pie de calle y todo el mundo toca a la puerta o intentan poner el código en la manivela, el olor era terrible, para el sofá cama no había ropa de cama! Las humedades son terribles! NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!
