Sehr schönes Hotel mit traumhafter Aussicht
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die Burg. Die Unterkunft ist direkt am alten Basar gelegen und dennoch ruhig. Es gibt ein sehr gutes Frühstück und das Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant ist sehr schmackhaft. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und spricht deutsch. Die Route zum Parkplatz erhielten wir vorab, haben uns aber dennoch verfahren, da Google Maps uns fehlgeleitet hat. Ein Mitarbeiter hat uns dann begleitet und geholfen, den richtigen Parkplatz zu finden.

Cons:

Problem beim Finden des Parkplatzes (öffentlich, nicht zum Hotel gehörend), wurde aber sofort gelöst.

Pros:

Las vistas desde la habitación eran espectaculares. Ubicación inmejorable. Tanto el desayuno como la cena estaban deliciosos. El desayuno era muy variado y cantidad más que suficiente. Tambien decidimos cenar en el hotel y fue todo un acierto. Baño amplio y reformado. Habitación amplia para tres y camas cómodas. Detalle de agua de bienvenida, lo cual se agradece.

В нашем номере был очень красивый вид на старый город и крепость, очень вкусный завтрак, отзывчивый персонал, очень близко от базара.

Cons:

У гостиницы нет своей парковки. Нам было сказано что есть общественная парковка, но все места на ней были заняты. Из за того что нет парковки, надо идти довольно далеко с чемоданами (мы просто оставили чемоданы в машине). В гостинице много ступенек и нет лифта.

Ze hadden heel lief nog een ontbijtje klaargemaakt aangezien we heel vroeg weg moesten

Cons:

Eerste dag was er wat miscommunicatie tijdens het eten en daar werd nogal geirriteerd op gereageerd. Ik denk dat de vader van het familiebedrijf misschien iets te overwerkt is. Echter doet hij wel zijn stinkende best om het iedereen perfect naar de zin te maken.

Verder vond ik het contact via booking soms wat laat reageren waardoor verzoeken te laat doorkwamen.

Der Blick von unserem Balkon auf die Burg und das Tal war wunderschön. Zudem war der Eigner sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.

מי שקיבל אותנו היה אדם עם חיוך מאולץ,בארוחת הבוקר זעף על כך שהזזתי את מיקום הצלחות בשולחן,כשסיימנו את תהליך הצ'ק האוטו, כעס וזעף שהמונית מחכה לנו, על אף שהזמנתי את המונית לשעה שש וחצי ,הוא הזמין לשעה שש...
אך מה ענינו שהמונית מחכה לנו?
בעלי בן ה 70 היה השרותים....
על אף ששהינו במלון שני לילות , היחס הזועף ואף הצועק שלו הרסו את את סיום החופשה.
החדר היה פיצפון....

Pros:

A wonderful place with an excellent location! The parking area is just a 3-minute walk away, and even though we arrived late in the evening, there were still available spaces.

The breakfasts were fantastic! And be sure to visit the restaurant at the hotel — the mushroom risotto was absolutely delicious. The menu is very diverse, with plenty of great options to choose from.

We were leaving during the night, and the staff kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We enjoyed it at the airport.

Thank you for the warm hospitality and for making our stay so pleasant! Highly recommended.
